Background: University students in Iraq face rising obesity risk linked to physical inactivity, prolonged sedentary behavior, insufficient sleep, and academic stress. Longitudinal evidence examining the combined influence of these behaviors on weight status in Iraqi universities remains limited. Objective: This study examined six-month longitudinal associations of physical activity, sedentary behavior, sleep duration, and perceived stress with body mass index and percentage body fat among Iraqi university students. Methods: A prospective multi-behavioral study was conducted at six public universities in Iraq. Six hundred undergraduate students aged 18–25 years were followed monthly during one academic semester. Validated questionnaires and smartphone-based applications assessed health behaviors, while standardized procedures measured body mass index and body fat. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlations, regression models, and repeated-measures analysis. Results: Overweight and obesity prevalence reached 63.7%. Most students met minimum physical activity recommendations, yet sedentary time was high and sleep duration was suboptimal. Sleep duration showed a small inverse association with body mass index and body fat and was the only behavior differing significantly across body mass index categories. Males exhibited higher body mass index, whereas females had higher body fat percentage. Conclusions: Integrated context-sensitive health strategies addressing sleep habits, sedentary behavior, and academic lifestyle factors may support obesity prevention.
Self control is the perception of the individual of his duty at, the capacity of self testing in systematic durations and the ability of individuate to control his behavior, The control will be spontaneous when the individual will have a special ideas about the correct or incorrect behavior and choosing his way according it.
The present study airs at:
1- building and measuring self control and balancing among means among university students according to gender and specialization.
To achieve the above mention aim, the two researchers built a scale of self control depending on some theories and applying it on a sample consists of (400) male and female students in Baghdad university studying in scientific and human fields. The two
Current search targeted to:
1 - Measurement of double-thinking among university students.
2 - Identify the significant differences in the degrees of double-thinking members of the sample according to the variables of sex (male - female), specialty (I know - a human).
To achieve the objectives of the research chose researcher samples from the community of the first search for statistical analysis, has reached 400 students, and the second sample of the application of the final, has reached (480) students were selected randomly with simple check of equal value, and the researcher building a search tool double think, After the completion of the scale-building measures think
Rigid polyurethane foams (RPUFs) are essential materials in structural applications due to their thermal insulation, lightweight properties, and mechanical strength. However, evaluating and comparing their compressive performance is complicated by differences in formulation parameters such as density, aging, and crosslink density. This study proposes a standardized normalization approach to evaluate compressive properties across diverse RPUF formulations by adjusting all data to a common reference density. Samples were subjected to controlled aging conditions and analyzed using dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA) to investigate the relationship between crosslinking behavior and mechanical performance. The results demonstrate

Using a combined qualitative and quantitative (mixed methods)-ethnographic and survey approach, data from 109 students of religious tertiary institutions in East Kalimantan on their perspectives on FGM/C practices can be more comprehensively explored. The results of the study, which were analysed using the three principles of symbolic interactionism, showed that 72.5 per cent of religious college student families still practice FGM/C and 53.2 per cent stated that FGM/C practices are beneficial for women.
