Abstract

This current study aims to know the characteristics of the doctors’ impact on success “doctors who work as managers specifically”.

The sample contains from (60) doctors work in the three hospitals in Baghdad, The data collected with questionnaire, the main personnel characteristics the desire to work as hospitals managers. The study contains three chapters. The first is to the theoretical, background. A survey Study in Al-Rusafa Health Directorate Hospitals

The present work initiated to eaIuate the efficiency of Al-Rustamivah sewage treatment plant
as reflected by the quality of final effluent that is thrown to Di ala river. Weekly samples of
wastewater and final effluent were collected between November 1994 and end of January
1995 and analyzed for different chemical and biological features. Results ha e inidicated that
Al-Rustamiyah sewage treatment plant could not be able efficiently to purify the raw sewage.

The Shatt Al-Arab River located south of Iraq suffers from these phenomena. Based upon the basic principles of hydraulics, it is reasonably easy to identify shear stress distributions within the river reach of the Shatt Al-Arab; and that will allow us to know the locations of the erosion and deposition. For this purpose, a 2D model using HEC-RAS software was developed to simulate the flow within the lower reach of Shatt Al-Arab. Study the role of CoQ10 and IGFBP-1 in obese male patients with diabetic mellitus type 2. ELISA method was used to assay Serum CoQ10 and IGFBP-1. Blood was taken with drawn sample from 30 obese normal patients with age range (40-60) years, 30 diabetic patients with age range (40-60) years at duration of disease (1-5) years and 30 normal healthy patients. The mean difference between T2DM according to CoQ10 (12.5±1.1) was decreased than the mean of IFG (21.8±3.2) (P 0.002) and the mean difference between T2DM according to IGFBPs (0.65±0.06) was decreased than the mean of IFG (3.2±0.3) (P 0.000). While no significant difference between mean age of DM2 patients (55.5±1.06), and IFG (55.6±0.9) (p 0.90), no significant difference bet
