Mango Waste (Peel and Kernel) Enhances Food Dietary Fiber and Antioxidant Properties
...Show More Authors

Biscuits are a global snack due to their convenience, variety, and durability. Biscuits with nutritious ingredients are in demand as customers become more health conscious. This change led to interest about utilizing agricultural by-products to enhance the nutritional value of widely consumed foods. Mango (Mangifera indica L.), a frequently cultivated tropical fruit, produces vital by-products during its processing, mainly comprising peels and kernels. The by-products, comprising around 35–60% of the mango fruit's weight, are high in bioactive compounds including dietary fiber, polyphenols, carotenoids, and essential fatty acids. Mango peels and kernels, even with their nutritional potential, frequently neglected, resulting in rising environmental waste. This study examines how mango peels and kernels can boost biscuits' nutritional fiber and antioxidant content. Researchers synthesize mango by-product nutritional and functional benefits and extraction and processing technologies. The study also examines mango by-products' sensory and economic effects on biscuits. High fiber and antioxidant content in mango peel powder improve digestion and reduce oxidative stress. With its beneficial fats and polyphenols, mango kernel powder adds nutrition. Health-conscious consumers may choose biscuits with 5–15% mango by-products since they retain or increase flavor, texture, and color. By-products from mangoes reduce food waste and promote a circular economy. Commercial application requires optimizing processing procedures, product quality consistency, and clinical trials to validate health claims. According to this analysis, mango by-products can enable creative and sustainable food production and meet customer demand for health-focused goods.

Optical Properties of Obliquely Evaporated Manganese Films
...Show More Authors

The Manganese (Mn) thin films of obliquely and normal deposited were prepared by using thermal evaporation method at pressure 10-5 torr on glass substrate at room temperature. The optical properties of normal and obliquely deposited films are studied and also the effect of deposition angle on these properties. The deposition angle has great influence on the increase of the absorbance, absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient and imaginary dielectric constant and the decrease of the transmittance, reflectance, refractive index and real dielectric constant.

Optical properties of lead-bismuth cuprous glasses
...Show More Authors

The optical transmission and absorption spectra in UV-VIS were recorded in the wavelength range 350-800 nm for different glass compositions in the system: (CuO)x (PbO)50-x (Bi2O3)50 (x=2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10.0, 12.5, 15.0, 20.0). Absorption coefficient {α (λ)}, optical energy gap (Eopt), refractive index (n), optical dielectric constant (ε`), Urbach energy (Ee), constant B and ratio of carrier concentration to the effective mass (N/m) have been reported. The effects of compositions of glasses on these parameters have been discussed. It has been indicated that a small compositional modification of the glasses lead to an important change in all the optical properties including non-linear behavior. The optical parameters were found to b

Study of Optical Properties of HgTe Films
...Show More Authors

Alloy of (HgTe) has been prepared succesful in evacuated qurtz ampoule at pressure 4×10-5torr, and melting temperature equal to 823K for five days. Thin films of HgTe of thickness 1μm were deposited on NaCl crystal by thermal evaporation technique at room temperature under vacuum about 4×10-5torr as well as investiagtion in the optical porperties included (absorption coefficient , energy gap) of HgTe films and The optical measurements showed that HgTe film has direct energy gap equal to 0.05 eV. The optical constants (n, k, εr, εi) have been measured over will range (6-28)μm.

Properties of a General Fuzzy Normed Space
...Show More Authors

The aim of this paper is to introduce the definition of a general fuzzy norned space as a generalization of the notion fuzzy normed space after that some illustrative examples are given then basic properties of this space are investigated and proved.

For example when V and U are two general fuzzy normed spaces then the operator  is a general fuzzy continuous at u  V if and only if u in V implies S(u) in U.

Some Properties of Fuzzy Inner Product Space
...Show More Authors

Our goal in the present paper is to introduce a new type of fuzzy inner product space. After that, to illustrate this notion, some examples are introduced. Then we prove that that every fuzzy inner product space is a fuzzy normed space. We also prove that the cross product of two fuzzy inner spaces is again a fuzzy inner product space. Next, we prove that the fuzzy inner product is a non decreasing function. Finally, if U is a fuzzy complete fuzzy inner product space and D is a fuzzy closed subspace of U, then we prove that U can be written as a direct sum of D and the fuzzy orthogonal complement    of D.

Constructing New Topological Graph with Several Properties
...Show More Authors

In this paper, a new idea to configure a special graph from the discrete topological space is given. Several properties and bounds of this topological graph are introduced. Such that if the order of the non-empty set equals two, then the topological graph is isomorphic to the complete graph. If the order equals three, then the topological graph is isomorphic to the complement of the cycle graph. Our topological graph has  complete induced subgraphs with order  or more. It also has a cycle subgraph. In addition, the clique number is obtained. The topological graph is proved simple, undirected, connected graph. It has no pendant vertex, no isolated vertex and no cut vertex. The minimum and maximum degrees are evaluated. So , the radius

Superconducting Properties of Bi2-xPb0.3WxSr2Ca2Cu3O10+ Compounds
...Show More Authors

The conventional solid-state reaction method was utilized to prepare a series of superconducting samples of the nominal composition Bi2-xPb0.3WxSr2Ca2Cu3O10+d with 0≤x≤0.5 of 50 nm particle size of tungsten sintered at 8500C for 140h in air . The influence of substitution with W NPs at bismuth (Bi) sites was characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and dc electrical resistivity. Room temperature X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that there exists two phases, i.e. Bi-(2223) and Bi-(2212), in addition to the impurity phases of (SrCa) 2Cu2O3, Sr2Ca2Cu7<
