Staphylococcus lugdunensis, isolation between 12.5 to 1.8% routine works may be a possible peroral route of infective endocarditis and found in the oral cavity by examined using saliva. Similar supragingival plaque isolation was observed. The increased bacteria resistance to antibiotics multiple have led to novel methods for resistance bacteria; antimicrobial agents are well known (ZnO NPs) by biological method and are lower toxicity and biology safety ZnNOPs activity by plant extraction and less toxicity as well as bio-safe. The nanoparticle was synthesized by biological method (Green) by barberry (Berberis vulgaris) extract. In this study using (WAD) method using different concentrations between (128, 64, 32, and 16) mg/mL of ZnO NPs, The ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized by a biological method where pH = 10 and characterized by ultravioletvisible spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscope.
Metal and metal oxide NPs have shown to be perfectly synthesized by using plant extracts with high efficiency, low cost and low toxicity. Our goal was to synthesize ZnO NPs by using an extract of pomegranate seeds and investigate the anticorrosion, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties of the synthesized ZnO NPs. The results have shown that the use of pomegranate in the green synthesis of ZnO NPs gave a good yield, with a low cost and non-toxic approach. The electrophoretic deposition (EPD) was used to coat stainless steel (S.S) by synthesized ZnO NPs in an alcoholic solution at room temperature producing a good coating against corrosion. The corrosion properties were investigated in a saline solution and a temperature range of (293–32

Ten soil samples were collected from the rhizospheric zone around Cowpea root (Vignaunguiculata L.). These samples were used as the source of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and rhizobacterial isolates. Twenty-five bacteria were isolated and evaluated as an antagonistic agent against pathogenic fungi. M. phaseolina was isolated from infected roots of Cowpea and used as a pathogen. Also, chromium has been used recently as a food supplement in regime systems, So it's essential to evaluate the effects of these two elements in a diabetic state and evaluate their antidiabetic ability. Seventy male adult mice were used and grouped into seven groups. Group 1: received no treatment. Group 2 received 10mg/kg body weight daily orally of ZnONPs for a month. Group 3 received 1mg/kg body weight for a month daily oral of CrO3NPs. Group 4: received a single dose of 150mg/kg body weight of alloxan. Group 5 received a single alloxan dose of 150 mg/kg and daily oral 10 mg/kg

They have become very important tool in students’ life. In contrast, these tools carry many harmful bacteria which are responsible for infectious diseases in human because they serve as a reservoir for different pathogens. Current study was aimed to isolate bacteria from students’ mobile phones at the Institute of Medical Technology/Al-Mansour/The Middle Technical University, Baghdad, Iraq. Also, the study investigated microbial resistance to many antimicrobial agents as well as the appropriate remedial measures. Method: Four hundred and fifty swabs from mobile phones were collected from

High-power pulsed alexandrite laser therapy is one of the most prevalent forms of laser therapy, which is a noninvasive method for treating various pathological conditions, thereby enhancing functional capacities and quality of life. It is a modern medical and physiotherapeutic technology. Generally, the Alexandrite laser emits infrared light with a wavelength of 755 nm, allowing it to propagate and penetrate tissues. Objective: This study focused on the application of a high-power pulsed alexandrite laser in vitro to evaluate the effect of a pulsed alexandrite l
