The problem of the study was to identify the possibility of benefiting from the application of the target cost system as a modern cost system to activate the environmental cost management instead of the traditional systems used in the company due to the great transformations witnessed by the business environment in all fields, which have resulted in the search for modern systems to provide more accurate and more appropriate information to reduce Costs, because accurate information makes the company have a complete vision to achieve the company’s goals. To solve this problem, the research was based on the following hypothesis (that the role of the target cost system leads to the activation of environmental cost management). Target cost tool systems, which deprives them of many benefits, including low product cost and profitability, and depending on the results of the study, the target cost management system can be applied, through which environmental cost management can be activated despite the lack of a system to measure costs.
Purpose: Determining and identifying the relationships of smart strategic education systems and their potential effects on sustainable success in managing clouding electronic business networks according to green, economic and environmental logic based on vigilance and awareness of the strategic mind.
Design: Designing a hypothetical model that reveals the role and investigating audit and cloud electronic governance according to a philosophy that highlights smart strategic learning processes, identifying its assumptions in cloud spaces, choosing its tools, what it costs to devise expert minds, and strategic intelligence.

Background: The novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is caused by Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-Cov2) which utilizes angiotensin converting enzyme2 (ACE2) to invade the host cells. This membrane-bound peptidase is widely distributed in the body; its activity antagonizes the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS). Once SARS-Cov2 enters the cell, it causes downregulation of ACE2, resulting in the unopposed activation of RAAS. The unregulated activity of the RAAS system can deteriorate the prognosis in COVID-19 patients. Three hundred samples of washing water of vegetables were collected from women aged ( 15- 6o) years from different area in Baghdad governorate and its suburbs include two rural area ( Jaddria in Baghdad university and Al –Wagif in Rashdia) and two urbane area (Mansoure and Escan) .
