The aim of this study was to making an analytical study in some kinematics variables in (200) meter breaststroke swimming to first ranking in championship 2003 – Spanish. The swimming in our country still suffering from several obstruction with retarded it’s development for the better since the investigators observe the insufficiency of swimming in our country to any analytical study for the international champions, this led to no specific and scientific discovering to these advanced levels as the estimation of the value of performance from the Iraqi coaches dependent on personality observation dependent on their opinion without referring to the specific and scientific diction. The investigators dependent on several kinematics variables during performing the analytical study which include variables in (50) meter first, second, third and forth as well as variables in (200) meter breaststroke swimming, after having the results and treat it statistically the researchers reaches to many conclusion like: • The ability of the swimmer to perform starting requirement with the first (15) meter. Whether from performing time or speed rate. Length in stroke with lowering in her performing time, as well as the circulating time in the first (50) meter. • The ability of the swimmer to perform technique of wave breaststroke is distinct form about body situation, wave movement, arm movement, respiration, foot stroke, make her able to achieve the world recorder in (200) meter breaststroke for women. The researcher reaches to some recommendation like: • The union investigators recommended the necessity of depending on this study to compare and stand on the swimming state in our lovely country. The union investigators recommended the necessity of using the movement analytical equipment during training, it’s necessary to have specific biomechanics laboratory.

The current research aims to develop the skills of the kindergarten students in designing and implementing a theater for gauntlets made of cardboard materials. To study this, the researcher determined to build teaching plans for design and implementation skills according to (Kolb model).
The results of this research showed the effectiveness of teaching plans according to (Kolb's model) in developing skills of design and implementation (theater for gauntlets made of cardboard materials) for the students of the Kindergarten Department - the experimental group. Which had a positive effect to reach the desired results in the design and implementation of the gauntlet theater and dealing with cardboard materials

In this study, NAC-capped CdTe/CdS/ZnS core/double shell QDs were synthesized in an aqueous medium to investigate their utility in distinguishing normal DNA from mutated DNA extracted from biological samples. Following the interaction between the synthesized QDs with DNA extracted from leukemia cases (represents damaged DNA) and that of healthy donors (represents undamaged DNA), differential fluorescent emission maxima and intensities were observed. Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) characterized by insulin resistance (IR) and progressive decline in functional beta (β) cell mass partially due to increased β cell apoptosis rate. Pancreatic stone protein /regenerating protein (PSP/reg) is produced mainly by the pancreas and elevated drastically during pancreatic disorder.
