The aim of this study was to making an analytical study in some kinematics variables in (200) meter breaststroke swimming to first ranking in championship 2003 – Spanish. The swimming in our country still suffering from several obstruction with retarded it’s development for the better since the investigators observe the insufficiency of swimming in our country to any analytical study for the international champions, this led to no specific and scientific discovering to these advanced levels as the estimation of the value of performance from the Iraqi coaches dependent on personality observation dependent on their opinion without referring to the specific and scientific diction. The investigators dependent on several kinematics variables during performing the analytical study which include variables in (50) meter first, second, third and forth as well as variables in (200) meter breaststroke swimming, after having the results and treat it statistically the researchers reaches to many conclusion like: • The ability of the swimmer to perform starting requirement with the first (15) meter. Whether from performing time or speed rate. Length in stroke with lowering in her performing time, as well as the circulating time in the first (50) meter. • The ability of the swimmer to perform technique of wave breaststroke is distinct form about body situation, wave movement, arm movement, respiration, foot stroke, make her able to achieve the world recorder in (200) meter breaststroke for women. The researcher reaches to some recommendation like: • The union investigators recommended the necessity of depending on this study to compare and stand on the swimming state in our lovely country. This study aims to isolate the pathogenic yeasts from genital tract and investigate their relationship with the age .The results clarified that the most pathogenic yeast isolated from genital tract was Candida albicans , also the results of C.albicanas isolates susceptibility test, to different antifungal revealed that they were sensitive to Miconazole, Ketoconazole and Clotrimazol and were resistant to Nystatin and Grisofulvin. The study of relationship of vaginal infection with the age showed that the incidence of infection with Candida was high among females age group (19-39 years).
Toxoplasmosis is regarded as one of the most important global life-threatening diseases in immune-compromised people. The intracellular protozoon Toxoplasma gondii is the causative pathogen of toxoplasmosis. Aim of this study is to investigate the possible association between T. gondii infection and breast cancer (BC) in Iraqi women, also to assess the effect of T. gondiion interleukin 10 (IL-10) of the immune response. By ELISA method, blood samples from 81 women with breast cancer and 60 apparently healthy women have been examined for presence of anti-toxoplasmaantibodies, also the levels of serum IL-10 were estimated in these subjects.
