The aim of this study was to making an analytical study in some kinematics variables in (200) meter breaststroke swimming to first ranking in championship 2003 – Spanish. The swimming in our country still suffering from several obstruction with retarded it’s development for the better since the investigators observe the insufficiency of swimming in our country to any analytical study for the international champions, this led to no specific and scientific discovering to these advanced levels as the estimation of the value of performance from the Iraqi coaches dependent on personality observation dependent on their opinion without referring to the specific and scientific diction. The investigators dependent on several kinematics variables during performing the analytical study which include variables in (50) meter first, second, third and forth as well as variables in (200) meter breaststroke swimming, after having the results and treat it statistically the researchers reaches to many conclusion like: • The ability of the swimmer to perform starting requirement with the first (15) meter. Whether from performing time or speed rate. Length in stroke with lowering in her performing time, as well as the circulating time in the first (50) meter. • The ability of the swimmer to perform technique of wave breaststroke is distinct form about body situation, wave movement, arm movement, respiration, foot stroke, make her able to achieve the world recorder in (200) meter breaststroke for women. The researcher reaches to some recommendation like: • The union investigators recommended the necessity of depending on this study to compare and stand on the swimming state in our lovely country. A simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determing carbamate pesticides in both pure and water samples. The method is appropriate for the determination of carbofuran in the presence of other ingredients that are usually available in dosage forms. The effect of organic solvents on the spectrophotometric properties of the azo dye and the structure of the resulting product have also been worked out and it is found to be 1:1 benzidine :carbofuran. The qualified subjects for this study included 33 patients with benign and malignant oral tumors aged 15-75 years and 31 matched age and gender healthy subjects used as control. Proteins measurements included total protein, albumin, globulines in sera and saliva samples, and immunoglobulins (IgG, IgM, IgA) in sera samples of control and patients. Meanwhile, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was used to differentiate between protein patterns in both serum and saliva samples among the studied groups.
