Pregnant women who have rubella may potentially pass the infection on to their unborn offspring. A congenital rubella infection can result in a miscarriage, stillbirth, and congenital rubella syndrome. The only member of the Togaviridae family’s Rubivirus genus, the Rubella virus (RV) is a positive-polarity, single-stranded RNA virus genome surrounded by a lipoprotein envelope with spike-like, hemagglutinin-containing surface projections. The objective: to determine the Rubella virus (1E genotype) in pregnant woman and its relation to spontaneous miscarriage.Materials and methods. A total of 174 women which visited Al-Elweya Teaching Hospital, Baghdad, Iraq, were screened according to the following criteria: women with a history of spontaneous abortion, women with recurrent pregnancy loss (recurrent miscarriages), and women without pregnancy loss, who were included in the serological control group. The age of the women infected with RV ranged from 17 to 45 years. Two methods were used to detect RV: serological tests (IgM and IgG to RV antigens) and molecular diagnostics (detection of RV strains by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction).Results. It was found that 55 women had spontaneous abortions. In the age group 25–29 years, a significant increase (p ≤ 0.05) in cases of suspected RV infection was determined (33.33%) compared to other groups. In the same age group, a significant increased number of women who had a miscarriage (23.64%) was observed compared to other age groups. IgM and IgG levels to RV antigens were significantly increased (p ≤ 0.01) in 32.95% of patients in the same age group. In this study, 23 women had recurrent miscarriages. Among women 25–29 years old, recurrent miscarriages occurred in 26.09%. Among all examined patients in 10 women fetal malformations were diagnosed.Conclusions. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the enzyme immunoassay test for RV identification were lower than those using the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction method for RV detection, and total IgM antibody levels were more prevalent in patients who had experienced miscarriage. In addition, this study demonstrated the high incidence of rubella caused by genotype 1E and its association with miscarriage.

The polycystic ovary syndrome is an endocrine condition. One of the leading causes of female infertility and the most common disorder among women. The work was being carried out on 100 Iraqi women (50 cases confirmed with PCOS and 50 controls). Between October 2019 and March 2020, blood samples were collected from the Advanced Institute of Infertility Diagnosis and Assisted Reproductive Technology at AL-Nahrain University and a private laboratory. ELISA was used to evaluate the biochemical parameters of preptin, FSH, insulin, LH, and CCL 18 in serum samples from the AFIAS-6 (AFIAS Automated Immunoassay System). The findings of the analysis indicate that, as opposed to the control group, values of prolactin (ng/ml), LH (mIU/ml), Preptin (

This paper intends to evaluate the levels of endogenous antioxidant proteins metallothionein 2 (MT2) and metallothionein 4 (MT4) in the serum of both infertile and fertile women, as well as to assess the association between these proteins and total oxidant capacity (TOC), total antioxidant capacity (TAC), oxidative stress index (OSI), serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), and serum testosterone. This case-control study involved one hundred eighty Iraqi women, categorized into three categories: primary infertile women (P group), secondary infertile women (S group), and healthy fertile women (C group). The gelators, 12HSA (12-hydroxystearic acid), span 60. span 40 were used; the castor oil (CO) and anise oil (AO) also represented the liquid phase. To achieve the goal of this work was by using diclofenac sodium (DS). Organogels specifications were by estimating thermal attitude using tabletop rheology and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The organogel strength study was by applying oscillatory rheology tests the amplitude sweep and the frequency sweep. Realizing the morphology of the organogel was done utilizing an optical microscope. CO and AO binding capacity was also manifested. The transition temperatures for all organogels

The study showed the prominent role of women in the eighth century AH in the sciences in general and in the hadith in particular. The woman did not depart from the call of divine education in the Almighty saying: Read in the name of your Lord who created * created mankind * created mankind * And your Lord, the Most Generous, who taught with the pen * taught man unless he knows the captive of verses 1-5.
Families in that era had a prominent role in this concern, especially parents. They were attending boys and girls since their childhood, the lessons of scholars, and the benefit of science, and they were
Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer and remains one of the main reasons of cancer-related mortality in women worldwide. KRAS variant rs61764370 (T>G) is associated with an increased risk of occurrence of many cancers, Here The case-control study was accomplished on 135 women including 45 women with breast cancer patients, 45 women with benign breast lesions and 45 healthy women to analyze the association of KRAS variant rs (61764370 T>G) with breast cancer. LCS 6 variant in KRAS gene was amplified by using specific primers, then genotype was detected after sequencing the PCR products. The results showed that the genotype and allele frequency of TT and GT allele of KRAS

Recently, many studies have been interested in noise removal and signal recovery problems. The first step in signal processing is noise removal; many filters are used and proposed for treating this problem. Here, the Hankel matrix is implemented from a given signal and tries to clean the signal by overcoming unwanted information from the Hankel matrix. The first step is detecting unwanted information by defining a binary operator. This operator is defined under some threshold. The unwanted information replaces by zero, and the wanted information keeping in the estimated matrix. The resulting matrix

Aims: To detection of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) -IgM , IL-10 and TNF among Iraqi women Methods: A total of 89 blood sample were collected from females with various cervical lesions and 40 blood samples were collected from apparently healthy along with a control group of 40 healthy females. The presence of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) -IgM, IL-10 and TNF in the collected samples was assessed using the ELISA technique. Results: The positivity rate of HPV IgM was 13.5%. This positivity was higher among individuals age
