The Molecular Identification of Pathogenic E. coli Isolated from Raw Cow Milk and Assessment Their Anti-susceptibility to Medical Plants at Al-Najaf city/ Iraq
...Show More Authors

Background: Toxin-producing Shiga Escherichia coli has been identified as a new foodborne pathogen that poses a significant health risk to humans. Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli can be found in raw cow milk and its derivatives. A small number of Escherichia coli strains that produce shiga toxin are pathogenic. Aim of study: The study aimed to see if there were any virulence genes in 50 milk samples that were typical of Entero-haemorrhagic E. coli and evaluate the Myrtus communis effects on these bacteria. Materials and Method: Milk samples were used to isolate E. coli bacteria (n= 27), biochemically analyzed, and genetically screened for virulence genes using a multiplex (PCR). The hydro-alcoholic extraction of Myrtus communis leaves was tested at four strengths, ranging from 20-50 mg/ml. Results: The findings of the molecular profile indicated that (stx2) was found in 11 (40.7%),(hlyA) in 13 (48.2) and eae genes in 9 (33.3) of E. coli isolate, respectively. Treatment with an extract of this plant at a dosage of 50 mg/ml had the highest effect on Escherichia coli, which was significantly different from all other treatments. Conclusions: The virulence genes shigatoxin-2 (stx2), intimin (eae), and entero-hemolysin (hlyA) were found in Strains of E. coli isolated from milk, according to the findings of this study.

Schiff Bases and Their Metal Complexes Derived from Ortho-phthalaldehyde: A review
...Show More Authors

Trimethoprim derivative Schiff bases are versatile ligands synthesized with carbonyl groups from the condensation of primary amines (amino acids). Because of their broad range of biological activity, these compounds are very important in the medical and pharmaceutical fields. Biological activities such as antibacterial, antifungal and antitumor activity are often seen. Transition metal complexes derived from biological activity Schiff base ligands have been commonly used.

The Extent to which Islamic Education Teachers and their Teachers Teach Technological Innovations in Universities
...Show More Authors

The aim of the study is to investigate the extent to which the teachers of Islamic education and their teachers taught the technological innovations in the universities and to test the significance of the differences between the averages of the degree of practice according to the variables: gender, experience, scientific qualification, and educational stage. To achieve these objectives, a questionnaire consisting of (20) (20) teacher and school, teachers of Islamic education in Iraqi universities.

The results indicated that the degree of the practice of Islamic education teachers and their teachers of technological innovations was moderate, and there were statistically significant differences in the variable of

Molecular detection of the ability of Biosynthesized Titanium dioxide nanoparticles to curing some genes of virulence factors of Entamoeba histolytica
...Show More Authors

The present study included the microscopic and molecular identification of Entamoeba histolytica by using specific primers to detect four virulence factors possessed by Entamoeba histolytica. Virulence factors included Active Cysteine proteinase, Galactose/N-acetyl-D-galactose-lectin, Amoeba pore C and Phospholipase. Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2NPs) were synthesized from Pseudomonas aeruginosa which producing Pyocyanin pigment as a reducing agent to form it. After that we studied the ability ofTiO2NPs to inhibit virulence factors production and curing the genes responsible for encoding them by using four different dose 2 ,3, 4, 6 mg/Kg and administered by intraperitoneal injection

The problem with research lies in hiding the Hanbali approach in building long and short travel provisions, as well as hiding some provisions relating to short travel that are not provided for by the jurists of Hanbali (in their books).

The research aims to demonstrate the approach and standards on which they based the long and short travel provisions, as well as to reflect the provisions of some of the issues that are silent on long and short travel, with evidence and significance.

The research included a preface and two researches, the researcher in the preface talked about the reality of long and short travel, in the first research on the approach of ha

Evaluation of the quality of potable water in Al-Rusafa side, Baghdad, Iraq
...Show More Authors

Safe drinking water is essential for the present and future generations' health. This study aims to assess drinking water quality in Baghdad's Al-Rusafa neighborhood. Water samples were taken from 32 neighborhoods on this side. The quality of the examined potable water samples differed depending on the water source. This investigation's pH, chlorine, EC, TDS, TSS, Cd, and Pb levels were below acceptable ranges. TDS levels in Al-Mada'in are more significant than acceptable (>600ppm) water levels. Bacteria have polluted six communities (Shigella, Salmonella, Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella). Bacterial quality of drinking water and gram-negative bacteria resistant to chlorine in Baghdad's municipal water supply. Regarding pH, the w
