Since the end of 2019, humans have been under threat due to a disease called (COVID-19), which was first reported in China. Many methodical approaches have been reported to quantify chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine in blood, urine, plasma, serum, and pharmaceutical dosage form.     In this paper generalized spline method is used for solving linear system of fractional integro-differential equation approximately. The suggested method reduces the system to system of  linear algebraic equations. Different orders of fractional derivative for test example is given in this paper to show the accuracy and applicability of the presented method.

An analytical approach based on field data was used to determine the strength capacity of large diameter bored type piles. Also the deformations and settlements were evaluated for both vertical and lateral loadings. The analytical predictions are compared to field data obtained from a proto-type test pile used at Tharthar –Tigris canal Bridge. They were found to be with acceptable agreement of 12% deviation.
