Evaluation of 532 nm Laser Effect on Dental Enamel Dissolution: In Vitro Study
to evaluate the effect of various Nd:YAG frequency doubled laser parameters on the acid
dissolution and the progression of in vitro caries like lesions in human enamel.
Materials and Methods: Human extracted caries free upper first premolar teeth were collected for
this study. The irradiated teeth were divided into two groups. The first group was irradiated with
continuous Nd:YAG laser radiation, and the second group was irradiated with chopped Nd:YAG laser
radiation. For the first group, power and exposure time were changed while for the second group
power and number of pulses were changed. The spot diameter was kept constant for all the samples.

Histological Changes in the Lung and Liver of Mice Treated with Brake Pad Particles

In the present study, the effects of brake pad particles of lung and liver histological sections were evaluated for (60) adult male mice. The animals were divided into three groups ( A,B,C) according to the periods of exposure (4, 8, and 12) weeks respectively exposed to brake pad particles in addition to the control groups (F) exposed to fresh air only. A special inhalation chamber designed locally has been used to expose the animals. The exposure to brake pad particles was (2.228) µg/m³ for 30 min/day, 5 days/week for (4,8and12) weeks respectively.

Abstract<p>Three cultivars of the crop Almash (Green Indian VC6089A10, Green Indian VC6173B1319, and Black Indian Gold Star) were tested in a field experiment during the 2022 growing season in Ramadi, Anbar province, to determine the impact of spraying levels of zinc (0, 25, and 50) mg Zn L<sup>-1</sup> and manganese (0, 30, and 60) mg Mn L<sup>-1</sup> on some growth characteristics. The experiment was conducted using a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replicates, with each treatment being tested in a separate split plot. A total of 70 pregnant women with toxoplasmosis were studied to evaluate of some immunological aspects. The women were distributed into three groups: 37 women were IgG positive, 18 women were IgM positive and 15 women were IgG and IgM positive as well as 25 healthy women were considered as control group.
