In the present work we prepared heterojunction not homogenous CdS/:In/Cu2S) by spray and displacement methods on glass substrate , CdS:In films prepared by different impurities constration. Cu2S prepared by chemical displacement method to improve the junction properties , structural and optical properties of the deposited films was achieved . The study shows that the film polycrystalline by XRD result for all film and the energy gap was direct to 2.38 eV with no effect on this value by impurities at this constration .

Microalgae present much usefulness for antimicrobial research because of its enormous biodiversity and rapid growth rate. From this study results it is reaveled that Chlamydomonas reinhardtii were isolated from a pond of water in the province of Diwaniyah. The culture supernatants were obtained when extracted with methanol solvent. Antimicrobial activity of extracts was tested for pathogens, and the best inhibition zone obtained was against Candida albicans (32mm), S.aureus (15mm), and to E.coli (9mm). In this paper, a study of improving the physical properties, mechanical and thermal insulation are conducted to produce gypsum boards with lightweight from waste materials. These boards can be used as an internal packaging wall or partitions tile of non-Bering with a high thermal insulation. Gypsum plaster mixed with waste material like (PET Polyethylene terephthalate, sawdust in size4.75mm and rubber) in different ratio (5%, 7%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%and 30%) of plaster to produce boards and then to find out the effect of these materials on the properties of boards, so that tests of consistency, setting time, flexural strength, density and thermal conductivity were achieved for all samples to find out this effect.
