The researchers selected a sample consisted of (59) female teachers for the private kindergartens and (150) female teachers for the public kindergartens in the city of Baghdad. As for the research tool, the two researchers designed a questionnaire to measure the educational plan for the private and public kindergartens. Public private partnership PPP is a method to procure public projects in order to achieve additional value for money in terms of efficiency and quality of services. This thesis studies the concepts of PPP, advantages and disadvantages of PPP. In addition, current Iraq infrastructure projects situations and needs, as well as, some aspects relating to the Iraq’s construction market, legal and contract systems were discussed. A financial model was carried out and applied to a real-life case study project. Finally, a survey targeted researchers; public and private- sectors were applied.
In this paper, we consider the problem of stochastic project network when some or all activities are interrupted. An approach has been built to schedule the critical activities, by constructing some expressions based on the project lateness costs due to the interruption activities. Two simple example are presented to validate our approach.

To make iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs), a simple chemical approach was used to combine iron chloride (FeCl2+FeCl3) salt with onion peel extract. According to the study, iron salts can be converted into IONPs by the biomolecules in onion peel extract. From FeCl2+FeCl3 to γ -Fe2O3, the approach changes iron oxide NPs' size, shape, purity and phases. In water treatment, γ -Fe2O3 NPs are critical for the removal of the color methylene blue (MB).
