The synthesis oxadiazole derivative 2,5-disubstituted-1,3,4oxadiazole (3a,3b,3c) was prepared from reaction of N-(4-amino benzene sulphonyl)Morpholipebut-2-enehydrazide with (4-hydroxybenzaldehyde,4-methoxy benzaldehyde,4-ethoxybenzaldehyde) in the presence of lone as catalyst. The structure of (3a,3b,3c) was characterized by using FT-IR, H-NMR and spectroscopy. Nanoparticles of the prepared compounds have been fabricated in aqueous media using re-precipitation method.Characterization of the nano particles (ONPs) have been performed by using UV-VIS spectrophotometer and scanning electron micro scope ( SEM). The size of the nanoparticales were around 150-200 nm as indicated by (SEM). The maximum of absorption spectrum of the dispersed nanoparticales red shifted by 5nm from the molecules of product in the solution.
A novel series of liquid crystalline compounds containing 2,4-thiazolidinedione units with varying terminal alkyl chain lengths was successfully synthesized and characterized. The chemical structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by FT-IR, ¹H-NMR, and mass spectrometry. The mesomorphic behavior was investigated using polarized optical microscopy (POM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Compounds [V]₄, [V]₅, and [V]₆ exhibited enantiotropic nematic phases, while compound [V]₈ displayed a smectic A (SmA) phase. No liquid crystalline behavior was observed for compound [V]₃. The liquid crystalline properties were found to depend on the terminal-to-lateral chain length ratio, molecular geometry, and the nature

While the compounds[III]a,b yield from reacted the compounds [I]a,b with sodium azide then the compounds [III]a,b reacted 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction with acrylic acid to give compounds [IV]a,b and the later compounds reacted with phenylene diamine to product benzimidazole compounds [V]a,b . In addition to synthesized acid chloride compounds [VI]a,b by reacted the compounds [IV]a,b with thionyl chloride .Finally reacted the compounds [VI]a,b with different aromatic amine

To characterize both the ligand and the metal complexes, various techniques were employed, including elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy, molar conductivity measurements, magnetic moment determination, melting point, mass spectroscopy, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. The results showed that the metal complexes formed have the formula [M(L)2Cl2]Cl(n).H2O, where LD Schi base ligand and MDCr(III), Rh(III), Pt(IV) and Au(III), n D 1, 2. Based on spectroscopic analysis, coordination with metal ions involves the ’N’ donor atom of N atoms of the imine and the N-H amid group, and four complexes are suggested to have a six-coordinated octahedral structure. The synthesized compounds were characterized using various techniques such as elemental microanalysis (C.H.N), chloride content determination using Mohr’s method, FT-IR spectroscopy, UV-Visible, mass spectra, conductivity, DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry), and thermogravimetric analysis. Overall, the decay of the ligand and its metal complexes was recorded to determine their thermal stability and weight-loss profiles. The results indicated that ligand acts as a bidentate doner, coordinating wi

Show MoreThe present study describes employing zero-, 1st - and 2nd -order derivative spectrophotometric methods have been developed for determination of lorazepam (LORA) and clonazepam (CLON) in commercially available tablets. LORA was determined by means of 1st (D1), 2nd (D2) derivative spectrophotometric techniques using zero cross, peak height, and Peak area. D1 used for the determination of CLON by using zero cross and peak height while D2 (zero cross) was used for the determination of CLON. The method was established to be linear in concentration containing different ratios of LORA and CLON range of (20-200 mg/L) and (5-35 mg/L) at wavelength range (250 -370 nm), (210-370nm) respectively. The proposed techniques are highly sensitive, precise a
