Robert Nozick is an American thinker who formulated his political theory in his book (Anarchy, State, Utopia) in 1974, which included his most important main ideas represented in the emergence of (The Minimal State) as well as (Entitlement Theory), through which he expressed his rejection of stereotypical distributive justice theories such as equality In Marxism and social liberalism, his ideas were characterized by a very extreme individualist tendency, and his ideas contributed to supporting the neo-liberal trend.

The article aims to study the crisis of political change  from three Phases . Most dinoflagellate had a resting cyst in their life cycle.  This cyst was developed in unfavorable environmental condition. The conventional method for identifying dinoflagellate cyst in natural sediment requires morphological observation, isolating, germinating and cultivating the cysts.  PCR is a highly sensitive method for detecting dinoflagellate cyst in the sediment.  The aim of this study is to examine whether CO1 primer could detect DNA of multispecies dinoflagellate cysts in the sediment from our sampling sites. The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of the use of project-based learning in the development of intensive reading skills at middle school students. The experimental design was chosen from one group to suit the nature of the research and its objectives. The research group consisted of 35 students. For the purpose of the research, the following materials and tools were prepared: (List of intensive reading skills, intensive reading skills test, teacher's guide, student book).
