Objective: The study aimed to evaluate knowledge and practices of nursing staff at the orthopedic units

The study aimed to establish the association of miR-153-3p expression with treatment response to IM in CML patients. Sixty CML patients were included and divided into two groups consistent with their response to treatment whether sensitive or resistant to IM. Ten healthy normal participants were enrolled as control group. RNA was extracted from serum to work out miR-153-3p expression utilizing real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. The primers were supplied by Macrogen Inc. The study aimed .to identify on the melody tetrachords In the Iraqi Folklore song as mall as the melody tetracords is the basic in striation song if Iraqi Folklore so the researchers prepared their researchers from four chapters. In the first chapter of the researchers theoretical framework, included the research problem, which is determined by what is the melody tetra chords in the Iraqi Folklore songs.
