Abstract The study aims to clarify the value of auditing economic units and how it can be measured, which is one of the most important challenges to matching the Value Relevance of Accounting Information. The problem of the study was identified with questions that revolve around the extent to which it is possible to measure the value of auditing in Iraqi economic units and the extent to which the value of auditing affects the adequacy of accounting information. Through reviewing the studies discussing this topic, it was found that auditing can provide value through the performance of the auditor and adding value to the economic unit subject to audit.      In this study, the effect of increasing pump pulse energy and delay time on the energy conversion efficiency of the Potassium Titanyl Phosphate (KTP) crystal at room temperature was investigated. It was found that the higher the pump pulse the greater the efficiency at a certain value of the delay time. Moreover, at the delay time 3.524ns, we found that the efficiency of the conversion of energy increases from 0.0112 to 0.0159. We  also observed that the lower delay time between the pump and the probe pulses leads to increase the rate of energy conversion efficiency of the KTP crystal, where the reaches up to 3, which is higher than the value recorded in the absence of a pump pulse. ABSTRACT The isolation and characterization of (27) isolate of extreme halophilic bacteria was performed ninteen isolate belonged to the genus Halobacterium which included Hb.halobium. Ceramic coating compose from a ceramic mixture (MgO, Al₂O₃) and metall (Al-Ni) were produced by Thermal Spray Technique. The mixed ratio of used materials Al:Ni (50%) and 40% of Al₂O₃ and 10% MgO. This mixture was spray on a stainless steel substrate of type (316 L) by using thermal spray with flame method and at spraying distances (8, 12, 16 and 20) cm, then the prepared films were treated by laser and thermal treatment. The study aimed at designing compound exercises using added weight on some skill abilities in youth soccer players aged (17 – 19) years old. The researcher sued the experimental method on (30) players aged (17 – 19) years old from Al Zawraa Sport Club. The subjects were divided into three groups and the training program was applied for (8) weeks with (3) training sessions per week. An anatomical study was carried out at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, in 2017, on lupine crop (Lupinus albus) as a comparison guide of three seed weights of three lupine cultivars viz. ‘Giza-1’, ‘Giza-2’ and ‘Hamburg’.
