Tissue culture of Catharanthus  roseus  was established under many parameters to insure good results for detection of the alkaloids present in this plant . It was found that NItsch and Nitsch medium containing 8µM Benzyladeninpurine plus Naphalene acetic acid were the best and the callus of C.roseus left to grow in the dark and had much better influence for the production of Alkloids. Lead remediation was achieved using simple cost, effective and eco-friendly way from industrial wastewater. Phragmitesaustralis (P.a) (Iraqi plant), was used as anovel biomaterial to remove lead ions from synthesized waste water. Different parameters which affected on adsorption processes were investigated like adsorbent dose, pH, contact time, and adsorbent particle size, to reach the optimized conditions (maximum adsorption).       The study included 200 samples were collected   from   children  under two   years included (50 samples from each of Cerebrospinal fluid, Blood, Stool and Urine) from, Central Children Hospital and Children's Protections Educational Hospital.
