The performance in the 110-meter hurdles at the sprint hurdles event is determined by several physical and physiological qualities. Nonetheless, relatively little attention has been paid to the predictability of such factors in determining race performance. This study seeks to fill this gap by establishing the most critical physical and physiological characteristics affecting elite hurdlers’ performance and creating a statistical model that predicts race times from the identified measurable characteristics. The study utilized a descriptive research design in-volving six elite male hurdlers, all of whom completed a battery of standardized physical and functional tests to assess their explosive lower-body strength, agility, reaction time, and anaerobic capacity. Vertical jump height, zigzag agility test results, reaction time, and shuttle run endurance were examined using validated sports per-formance assessment protocols. A multiple linear regression analysis was then performed to create a model for 110-meter hurdle race times based on these attributes. The findings demonstrated that 97% of the variation (R² = 0.970) in performance over the hurdles could be explained by four variables: vertical leap (explosive power), zigzag agility (change-of-direction speed), reaction time and anaerobic endurance; this made it one of the most predictive models created for this event. the findings of this study can be an endorsement for integrated sprint hurdle training spanning the broad spectrum of qualities — explosive strength, agility, and neuromuscular re-sponse times — that affect sprint hurdles performance. Anyway, the results highlight the prioritization of an-aerobic stamina to ensure the maintenance of high intensity over time in the race. Future research should in-clude larger and more diverse athlete populations to enhance model strength. Furthermore, the implementation of machine learning methods such as artificial neural networks could enhance the accuracy of the model by identifying non-linear relationships among biomechanical, physiological and psychological variables. The ad-vancements in motion-capture systems, muscle activation analysis, and psychological profiling would drastical-ly increase how we assess athletes and continuously push the frontiers of sports performance science.

The disruptions in supply chains have put small‐ and medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs) in dire need of resilient supply chains through which they can improve their performance. Based on the resource dependence theory, this study proposes a mediation model to improve the environmental performance (EP) of SMEs. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of supply chain resilience (SCR) on EP mediated by ambidextrous green innovation (AMGI). We proved a structural equation model based on questionnaire data from 261 companies in Iraq to test our hypotheses. The results show that SCR has a positive effect on AMGI for proactive and exploitative green innovation dimensions and positive impact on SMEs’ EP. AMGI plays a media

And the identification of the percentage of the cognitive learning outcome contribution to the performance of the two mastering skills by parallel spherical standing and the equilibrium on the balance beam. The two researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method and the correlational relations, being the most appropriate to the nature of the research problem. Based on the qualitative method and the study population consisted of all the teachers of the first cycle in the Governorate of Muscat. The study sample amounted to 24 female teachers. The interview was used as a tool for data collection. The study reached several results, including: There are difficulties in employing electronic supervision applications, which are weak network, density of curricula, lack of experience in applying technology, and the large number of tasks assigned to the teacher. These difficulties can also be overcome by strengthening the network, training teachers, reducing th

Two consecutive compact photodetector’s devices operating according to light-emitting diodes-solar cells concept where the LEDs acting as a light source and solar cells for measuring the attenuated light of the incident light at 180˚ have been developed. The turbidimetric detector, fabricated of ten light-emitting diodes and five solar cells only, integrated with a glass flow cell has been easily adapted in flow injection analysis manifold system. For active ingredients determination, the developed detector was successfully utilized for the development and validation of an analytical method for warfarin determination
