The performance in the 110-meter hurdles at the sprint hurdles event is determined by several physical and physiological qualities. Nonetheless, relatively little attention has been paid to the predictability of such factors in determining race performance. This study seeks to fill this gap by establishing the most critical physical and physiological characteristics affecting elite hurdlers’ performance and creating a statistical model that predicts race times from the identified measurable characteristics. The study utilized a descriptive research design in-volving six elite male hurdlers, all of whom completed a battery of standardized physical and functional tests to assess their explosive lower-body strength, agility, reaction time, and anaerobic capacity. Vertical jump height, zigzag agility test results, reaction time, and shuttle run endurance were examined using validated sports per-formance assessment protocols. A multiple linear regression analysis was then performed to create a model for 110-meter hurdle race times based on these attributes. The findings demonstrated that 97% of the variation (R² = 0.970) in performance over the hurdles could be explained by four variables: vertical leap (explosive power), zigzag agility (change-of-direction speed), reaction time and anaerobic endurance; this made it one of the most predictive models created for this event. the findings of this study can be an endorsement for integrated sprint hurdle training spanning the broad spectrum of qualities — explosive strength, agility, and neuromuscular re-sponse times — that affect sprint hurdles performance. Anyway, the results highlight the prioritization of an-aerobic stamina to ensure the maintenance of high intensity over time in the race. Future research should in-clude larger and more diverse athlete populations to enhance model strength. Furthermore, the implementation of machine learning methods such as artificial neural networks could enhance the accuracy of the model by identifying non-linear relationships among biomechanical, physiological and psychological variables. The ad-vancements in motion-capture systems, muscle activation analysis, and psychological profiling would drastical-ly increase how we assess athletes and continuously push the frontiers of sports performance science.
The aim of this research is to test the relationship of influence and correlation between strategic performance and its five dimensions (financial dimension, after internal processes, after internal customer satisfaction, after learning and growth, environmental and social dimension), by adopting international indicators in agricultural projects To determine the extent of the differences between the research variable and its dimensions, and then try to come out with a number of recommendations that contribute to the evaluation of agricultural projects and their performance by diagnosing and treating deviations, and based on the importance of the research topic in agricultural institutions. Knowledge represents the foundation stone for the work of all organizations, are working who leads the thinking of individuals is the ability that leads to behavior based on rationality, it is the work that creates value to the organization and thus gain access to performance winning where that knowledge is a new type of capital based on the thought and experience and is the so-called intellectual capital, which is renewable and is constantly evolving. The study sought to explain the role of the climax knowledge in achieving the highest levels of performance Organizational and then access to the performance winning in educational organizations the study sample, was found to be a co

Experiments were carried out as per Box-Behnken design with four input parameters such as pH (2-8), initial concentration (50–150mg/L), adsorbent dosage (0.05–0.3 g) and time of adsorption (10–60min). The better conditions were showed at pH: 2; contact time: 60 min; chromium concentration: 50 mg/L and magnetite dosage: 0.3 g for maximum Chromium (VI) removal of (98.95%) with an error of 1.08%. The three models (Freundlich, Langmuir, and Temkin) were fitted to experimental data, Langmuir isotherm has bette

In this research, the Williamson-Hall method and of size-strain plot method was employed to analyze X- ray lines for evaluating the crystallite size and lattice strain and of cadmium oxide nanoparticles. the crystallite size value is (15.2 nm) and (93.1 nm) and lattice strain (4.2 x10−4 ) and (21x10−4) respectively. Also, other methods have been employed to evaluate the crystallite size. The current methods are (Sherrer and modified Sherrer methods ) and their results are (14.8 nm) and (13.9nm) respectively. Each method of analysis has a different result because the alteration in the crystallite size and lattice strain calculated according to the Williamson-Hall and size-strain plot methods shows that the non-uniform strain in nan
