The performance in the 110-meter hurdles at the sprint hurdles event is determined by several physical and physiological qualities. Nonetheless, relatively little attention has been paid to the predictability of such factors in determining race performance. This study seeks to fill this gap by establishing the most critical physical and physiological characteristics affecting elite hurdlers’ performance and creating a statistical model that predicts race times from the identified measurable characteristics. The study utilized a descriptive research design in-volving six elite male hurdlers, all of whom completed a battery of standardized physical and functional tests to assess their explosive lower-body strength, agility, reaction time, and anaerobic capacity. Vertical jump height, zigzag agility test results, reaction time, and shuttle run endurance were examined using validated sports per-formance assessment protocols. A multiple linear regression analysis was then performed to create a model for 110-meter hurdle race times based on these attributes. The findings demonstrated that 97% of the variation (R² = 0.970) in performance over the hurdles could be explained by four variables: vertical leap (explosive power), zigzag agility (change-of-direction speed), reaction time and anaerobic endurance; this made it one of the most predictive models created for this event. the findings of this study can be an endorsement for integrated sprint hurdle training spanning the broad spectrum of qualities — explosive strength, agility, and neuromuscular re-sponse times — that affect sprint hurdles performance. Anyway, the results highlight the prioritization of an-aerobic stamina to ensure the maintenance of high intensity over time in the race. Future research should in-clude larger and more diverse athlete populations to enhance model strength. Furthermore, the implementation of machine learning methods such as artificial neural networks could enhance the accuracy of the model by identifying non-linear relationships among biomechanical, physiological and psychological variables. The ad-vancements in motion-capture systems, muscle activation analysis, and psychological profiling would drastical-ly increase how we assess athletes and continuously push the frontiers of sports performance science.

The electrical conversion efficiency of such systems is inherently limited due to the relatively high thermal resistance of the PV components. An approach for intensifying electrical and thermal production of air-type photovoltaic thermal (PVT) systems via applying a combination of fins and surface zigzags was proposed in this paper. This research study aims to apply three performance enhancers: case B, including internal fins; case C, back surface zigzags; and case D, combinations of fins and surface zigzags; whereas the baseline smooth duct rep
In this research an experimental study has done for testing the thermal performance of selective surfaces used in solar collectors for substrate of iron, galvanized iron and aluminum which are commercially available. The coating process for the samples has done in two ways, the electroplating and the chemical spray pyrolysis. The results of the thermal performance test of these samples are comparing with the thermal performance of a sample without paint and other paint with black paint without shines commercially available. For the electroplated samples, the performance study has done for different immersion time in plating bath, the

This study aims at suggesting flow as a strategy for training female EFL student-teachers in the teaching training course and finding out the effect of this strategy on their performance and their flow state. The training course syllabuses will be constructed according to the flow nine factors and the teaching skills. The measurement tools are the student-teacher performance checklist that has already been used by the department of English language and SHORT Flow State Scale (S FSS-2). The study population is represented with the (60) female student-teachers/ fourth stage/ evening studies at theEnglish department /college of education for women/the University of Baghdad. Such interwoven relationships would be highly recommended to encourage children to explore and identify themselves with nature from early ages to avoid facing an extreme experience later on. The research limits its scope to two novels Suzanne Collins’ (1962) The Hunger Games trilogy (2003-2007) and William Golding’s (1911-1993) Lord of the Flies (1954), and both novels have no direct connections with Ecology and the Eco-consciousness, yet it offers an insightful description about Man’s experience with Nature. Moreover, it raises serious moral questions, raises awareness, heals wounds and suggests solutions for the problems th
