New chelating ligand derived from triazole and its complexes with metal ions Rhodium, Platinum and Gold were synthesized. Through a copper (I)-catalyzed click reaction, the ligand produced 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition between 2,6-bis((prop-2-yn-1-yloxy) methyl) pyridine and 1-azidododecane. All structures of these new compounds were rigorously characterized in the solid state using spectroscopic techniques like: 1HNMR, 13CNMR, Uv-Vis, FTIR, metal and elemental analyses, magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements at room temperature, it was found that the ligand acts as a penta and tetradentate chelate through N3O2, N2O2, and the geometry of the new complex

Show MoreIn this work, we synthesized thirteen compounds of 1-(2-furoyl)thiourea derivatives 1-13 by conversion of 2-furoyl chloride to 2-furoyl isothiocyanate by reacting it with potassium thiocyanate in dry acetone in a quite short reflux time then, in the same pot, different of (primary and secondary amines) were added individually to achieve thiourea derivatives. The products were characterized spectroscopically using (FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR) techniques. Some of them were evaluated as antioxidant agents using DPPH radical scavenging method, and all were examined theoretically as enzyme inhibitors against Bacillus pasteurii urease (pdb id: 4ubp) and by studying molecular docking using Autodock (4.2.6) software.
Preparation and Identification of some new Pyrazolopyrin derivatives and their Polymerizations study
ABSTRACT
This research included the preparation and characterization of new demulsifies from natural and synthetic polymers of chitosan and polyvinyl alcohol that are environmentally friendly and at the same time have high efficacy comparable to emulsifiers. imported foreign. The prepared compounds were examined using infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and all the spectral signals of the polymers were in good agreement with the chemical composition of the polymers. And the melting and decomposition that occur on polymers at high temperatures. The effect of the length and type of side chain in the compositions of polymers on the process of water separation of oil emulsions w

Show MoreA novel ligand ((1E)-(2-(4-fluorobenzylidene)amino)methyl) phenyl)diazenyl)-1,3,7-trimethyl-3,7-dihydro-1H-purine-2,6-dione (4-FADPD) was synthesized via the azotization reaction of 2-aminobenzylamine with caffeine, and the resultant compound was condensed with 4-fluorobenzaldehyde to form a newly azo-Schiff base ligand. Its complexes with Cu(II), Ag(I), and Au(III) were synthesized. The results of multi-identifications, including XRD, elemental analysis (C.H.N), UV-vis spectroscopy, FTIR, and 1H-NMR, were used to propose the suggested structures using molar conductivity measurements. These data were utilized to propose appropriate geometric configurations for all complexes. The azo-Schiff base ligand coordinates toward the Cu(II) i

These compounds are widely founded in nature and most of them are important to life. In the past few years, scientist fused on 1,2,4-triazoles and their condensed heterocyclic ring due to their medicinal significance, 1,2,4-triazole containing Sulphur atom is one of the important heterocyclic moieties due to its broad range of biological activities also their derivatives can accommodate one of the alternatives as electronic effect as exchanges of the electronic density (electron donating or withdrawing) groups ; for all what mentioned above they are consider as a core

Show MoreMixed ligands reaction of [2-[(3-hydroxyphenyl)diazinyl]-1,2-benzothiazol-3(2H)-one-1,1-dioxide] (H2L, primary ligand) and bipyridyl (secondary ligand) with salts of Cr(III), Mn(II), Fe(III), Co(II) and Ni(II) was performed. A series of air-stable complexes with distinctive octahedral moieties was created by equal molar ratio (1:1:1). The formation of these compounds was verified using detecting analysis techniques incorporating mass spectra, which validated the achieved geometries. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis demonstrated how the ligands (H2L and bipyridyl) are chelated as tridentate (ONO) and bidentate (NN) groups, respectively and the coordination with the metal ions. Show MoreStable new derivative (L) Bis[O,O-2,3;O,O-5,6(carboxylic methyliden)]L-ascorbic acid was synthesized in good yield by the reaction of L-ascorbic acid with dichloroacetic acid with ratio (1:2) in presence of potassium hydroxide. The new (L) was characterized by 1H,13C-NMR, elemental analysis (C,H) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). The complexes of the ligand (L) with metal ion, M+2= (Cu, Co, Ni, Cd and Hg) were synthesized and characterized by FTIR, UV-Visible, Molar conductance, Atomic absorption and the Molar ratio. The analysis evidence showed the binding of the metal ions with (L) through bicarboxylato group manner resulting in six-coordinated metal ion.
