       Metaphor is a linguistic phenomenon related to people's cultures. It is an integral part of cultural heritage. This paper tackles the use of animal-based metaphors in the field of football club titles so as to draw comparisons between those in Russian with their counterparts in Arabic.            This research aim to present theoretical and philosophical framework regards topic of intellectual capital readiness in Iraqi universities. That is, by using strategic map in balanced score card of Norton and Kaplan (2004). This research discusses theoretical content for three main aspects reflect in its nature elements of intellectual capital readiness in organizations. This includes human capital readiness, information capital readiness and organizational capital readiness. To clear each element, the authors relay on mechanism to determine gape per element of intellectual capital elements.

Importance of Arabic language stemming algorithm is not less than that of other languages stemming in Information Retrieval (IR) field. Lots of algorithms for finding the Arabic root are available and they are mainly categorized under two approaches which are light (stem)-based approach and root-based approach. The latter approach is somehow better than the first approach. A new root-based stemmer is proposed and its performance is compared with Khoja stemmer which is the most efficient root-based stemmers. The accuracy ratio of the proposed stemmer is (99.7) with a difference (1.9) with Khoja stemmer.

Communication represents the essence of language learning. Since the unspecified evolution of conveying information, human beings have been employing the main constituents of language with short pauses. Although the punctuation marks necessitate short expressions among thought group of words in writing, human language demand for understanding how and when to pause orally.      Atenolol was used with ammonium molybdate to prove the efficiency, reliability and repeatability of the long distance chasing photometer (NAG-ADF-300-2) using continuous flow injection analysis. The method is based on reaction between atenolol and ammonium molybdate in an aqueous medium to obtain a dark brown precipitate. Optimum parameters was studied to increase the sensitivity for developed method.        The implicit is the narrative technique used to give indirect hidden messages. To read between the lines means to understand the implicit meaning that is not directly indicated. This technique is expressed in two forms: the hypothesis and the implications of linguistic and non-linguistic rules. Nathalie Sarraute’s "Pour un oui ou pour un non" states this narrative method through her character’s verbal and non-verbal dialogue. The present paper discusses the implicit method and shows the reason behind which  the author uses it in her play "Pour un oui ou pour un non".
