The research aims to find a contemporary model in analyzing the reasons behind the delay of the investment plan projects suffered by the North Oil Company. This model is able to understand the environment surrounding the implementation of projects in the light of the changes facing the company at the present time, which in turn requires the need to identify the most important strengths and weaknesses Internal and external opportunities and threats using the SWOT matrix and identify the appropriate strategic alternative based on clear policy, strategies and programs to address weaknesses and look to the future prospects as the company can be stronger and more flexible environmental changes surrounding the reality of implementation

The most common threat that human beings might pass through is the trauma which is commonly bound with wars. The greater trauma that human beings might have is the threatening sudden facing or death facing. Consequently there would be disorder especially War disorder. This Phenomenon is clearly observed in Iraqi society as Iraq has been passing through continuous wars and disasters namely during and after the American Invasion. These events might lead to changes in Peoples behavior and to Social Violence. Thus, the Study aims at:
Community peace is achieved in law-based states Constitutional institutions with competence and powers, and otherwise that peace is shaken and begins to collapse. Brown (1980) considers that it is conscious and reflective controlcarried out by the individual in his actions and cognitive responses through the use of self-regulation skills (planning, monitoring and evaluation).
The search problem raises through following question: Havestudents ofhigh school for distinct metacognition?
Metacognition is very important , so the effective learninginvolves planning and goalsetting, and monitoring the progress of the individual and adapted as needed, and allthese activities are metacognition i

The procedure of the new approach is suggested to solve important types of differential equations and get accurate analytic solutions i.e., exact solutions. The effectiveness of the suggested approach based on its properties compared with other approaches has been used to solve this type of differential equations such as the Adomain decomposition method, homotopy perturbation method, homotopy analysis method, and variation iteration method. The advantage of the present method has been illustrated by some examples.

The nation-building process in fragile states is complex, often involving multifaceted challenges and opportunities. A pertinent example is Iraq post-2003, which serves as a model to study the intricacies of rebuilding a nation in the aftermath of conflict. During this period, we witnessed a significant international intervention aimed at establishing democratic governance, fostering economic development, and restoring social stability. Iraq’s nation-building journey showcases both successes and shortcomings. Establishing a representative government marked a step towards inclusivity and political participation, yet sectarian tensions persisted, hindering cohesive national identity. Economic initiatives aimed to harness Iraq's oil resou
