The purpose of the study is to identify the most effective methods for early diagnosis of pinworms in children, particularly girls. General Urine Examination was applied in the current study on 100 samples of urine from girls who suffered from pain and itching in the vagina and anus; For one age group (11-14 years), to detect pinworm eggs in urine. This test was applied for the first time in Iraq through this study. Two methods have been used to detect pinworm eggs in 70 cases: the first is the Flotation method, which involves treating stool samples with a saturated salt solution. Second: Scotch tape test, which is characterized by sticking a transparent tape directly to the anal area for 30 seconds. Of the 62 positive urinary inflammation samples, 27 were positive for pinworm eggs. The infection rate was 27%, indicating that Enterobius vermicularis eggs were passed to the genitourinary system in these girls. Two methods were used to diagnose pinworm: stool flotation and Scotch tape adhesive. The best method was determined. A total of 75 samples were collected simultaneously for both. The flotation method appeared (9) 12% while the scotch tape appeared (33)44%. General urine analysis revealed a significant rate of pinworm passage into the female reproductive system, indicating the effectiveness of this method for detecting pinworms in girls. To evaluate the efficiency of the examination using the two methods (the flotation method and the scotch tape method), the results demonstrate the efficiency of the scotch tape method in diagnosing these worms and that it gives more certain results than other methods, because the eggs are often not excreted in the feces except in severe cases.
Abstract: The M(II) complexes [M2(phen)2(L)(H2O)2Cl2] in (2:1:2 (M:L:phen) molar ratio, (where M(II) =Mn(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and Hg(II), phen = 1,10-phenanthroline; L = 2,2'-(1Z,1'Z)-(biphenyl-4,4'-diylbis(azan-1-yl-1-ylidene))bis(methan-1-yl-1- ylidene)diphenol] were synthesized. The mixed complexes have been prepared and characterized using 1H and13C NMR, UV/Visible, FTIR spectra methods and elemental microanalysis, as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements. The metal complexes were tested in vitro against three types of pathogenic bacteria microorganisms: Staphylococcus aurous, Escherichia coli, Bacillussubtilis and Pseudomonasaeroginosa to assess their antimicrobial properties. From this study shows that a

This study investigates the structural and optical properties of Cu 2 ZnSn(S1−x Se x)4 nanostructured thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition using melt-quenched targets with selenium compositions x = 0.0–1.0. X-ray diffraction revealed that films with low selenium content remained amorphous, whereas higher selenium incorporation promoted the formation of polycrystalline kesterite–stannite phases with preferred orientations along (112), (200), (220), and (312). The crystallite size increased from 12.3 to 17.9 nm as selenium reached x = 1.0, indicating enha
