اليوم ونحن نستذكر واقعة الطف ودور السيدة زينب علي شريكة الإمام الحسين في ثورته بنا حاجة إلى قراءة جديدة للزيارة الأربعينية وكل ما يرتبط بها من قيم، حاجة الى قراءة عميقة وتوظيف ماساة تلك الزيارة من اجل تغيير الواقع نحو الأفضل ومستقبل يتسم بالأمن والاستقرار، وذلك ليس تنظيرا فقط بل من خلال برامج عملية تطبيقية على أرض الواقع، لذلك آثرنا الحديث عنها ونحن نحاول ان نتعلم منها لتغيير أنفسنا أولاً وواقعنا ثانيا وواقع المرأة المسلمة عامة والعراقية خاصة والتي تمر بظروف استثنائية في ظل الحروب والعوز والفقر والجهل والحرمان ثالثا. توصل البحث إلى أن نسبة الذكور والإناث في العراق متساوية تقريباً. إلا أن واقع المرأة يتباين مع واقع الرجل في العراق، إذ اظهر البحث أن هناك تقارباً بين الجنسين من حيث مدى الحصول على الفرص التعليمية بزيادة طفيفة لصالح الذكور في المراحل التعليمية الأولى، وان الفجوة تبدو كبيرة لصالح الذكور، وبحجم أصغر في مستوى شهادات البكالوريوس والشهادات العليا، وان واقع المرأة العراقية في مستوى النشاط الاقتصادي يعد متدنيا اذ بلغ معدل النشاط الاقتصادي للإناث (١٤٦) مقابل (٧٢١) للذكور، ولعل أسباب ذلك شائكة ومعقدة، تتداخل فيها مواريث ثقافية وعوامل اجتماعية وسياسية وإهمال أو عدم التفات من الدولة لأهمية تمكين المرأة العراقية واستغلال امكانياتها الاقتصادية بوصفها مورداً بشرياً ووسيلة وهدفاً تنموياً في الوقت نفسه، ونقترح على الدولة تبني سياسات تصب في مصلحة تمكين المرأة العراقية اقتصاديا واجتماعيا منها اتخاذ جميع التدابير المناسبة لتوفير فرص العمل للنساء الائي يعانين من البطالة، مع توفير البيئة المساعدة والتوسع في سياسة إلزامية التعليم حتى نهاية المرحلة الإعدادية.
The research illustrated that the theory of constraints is "A group of concepts and basics that aim at helping the management in order to determine the difficulties and how to overcome these difficulties through determining the necessary change and how these change can be done efficiently and effectively ".
The research showed that the theory of constraint including its tools calls for magnifying throughput, constricting the product cycle , determining the optimal production mix , utilization of scare resources and canceling the idle time , that achieving throughput increasing then increasing profit .
