The precursor [W] [2-(2-(naphthalen-5-yl) diazenyl)-4-amino-3-hydroxynaphthalene-1sulfonic acid] was synthesized from reaction of diazonium salt with 1-amino-2-naphtol-4sulfonic acid. Then the tridentate Schiff base ligand type ONO was synthesized from the reaction of the precursor with salicyaldehyde in 1:1 mole ratio to produce the ligand H2L [2-(2-(naphthalen5-yl) diazenyl)-4-(2-hydroxynaphthalen-3-yl)methyleneamino)-3-hydroxy salicyalene-1-sulfonic acid],the reaction achieved in methanol as a solvent under reflux.  In order to study the kinetic of human erythrocytes catalase a well –known enzyme uses H2O2 as substrate as well as hydrogen acceptors, in non smokers and smoker individuals. Anthranilic acid and p-Amino Benzoic Acid (PABA) were used to study their effect on the enzyme. The kinetic study confirmed that anthranilic is a non-competitive inhibitor with Km values of 0.95 and 1.0 for non smokers and smokers respectively (PABA) was found to be a competitive  inhibitor with Vmax  values of 8.0 and 8.9 for nonsmoker and smoker respectively

In this study, a reference mix of 1: 1.5: 3 was used and the 4% Flocrete PC200 by weight of cement was added to the same mixing ratio in the second mixture. Our aim from this study is to establish a new assay for the quantitative determination of mefenamic acid (MFA) in the pharmaceutical sample by two sensitive and rapid flow injection-fluorometric methods. A homemade fluorometer was used in fluorescence measurements, which using solid-state laser diode 405 and 532 nm as a source, combined with a continuous flow injection technique.
