In Iraq, because of the dramatic turnovers facing the country for three decades, pharmacists continue to experience significant professional challenges in both the public and private sectors. The present study aimed to explore the professional challenges and obstacles facing Iraqi pharmacists working in public hospitals. This qualitative study included face-to-face semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions with hospital pharmacists. The present study was directed to determine the effect of silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) on the weights of the testes and epididymides and the characteristics of sperm in male albino mice. Animals were orally dosed with 200 mg/kg of Ag NPs for 5,10,15 days and then during the day following the end of dosage period all animals were sacrificed, then the testes and epididymes (head and tail) were isolated and after their weights measured. Gas coning is one of the most serious problems in oil wells. Gas will reach the perforations and be produced with oil. Anyhow there is a certain production rate called critical production rate. The daily production rate should not exceed the critical production rate. In this research ten oil wells have been tested for problem of gas coning for a period of time of eighteen months. The production rates of these Ten oil wells are tabulated in a table exist in this research.
