formed by combination Between split – plot and split block, and it presents a precise manner to analytic who aimed to make appropriate statistical analysis for the experiment because such design contains four random errors , it make a high precision rather than another designs. The plan and the theoretical analysis were presented with application   to show its idia and the ability to use it in many fields  especially in agricultural experiments field .

This study was aimed to investigate the load of bacterial contaminant in fresh meat with different types of bacteria.One handered and seven samples were collected from different regions of Baghdad . These samples included 37 of fresh beef 70 of fresh sheep meat. The research aims to study the effect of the commodity dumping phenomenon that Iraq suffered after 2003 on the consumption pattern of individuals, towards the acquisition of non-essential goods (luxury). To achieve our goal we relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for obtaining information related to the research, and it was distributed on a random sample of consumers in the city of Baghdad with 250 questionnaires. The answers of the research sample were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS).
