The research aims to determine the role of the efficiency of Human Resources Information System in the effectiveness of Employees Performance Appraisal System in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Center for the ministry, it was touching the researchers need the ministry to devise methods that employ outputs Human Resources Information System in the organization surveyed for the development of methods and levels of process evaluate the performance of its employees, in order to identify the extent of the role played by human resources information system in the process of assessing the performance of employees, we raised the question of the President as follows:

The current research illustrates experimentally the effect of series and parallel connection (Z-I Configurations) of flat plate water solar collectors array on the thermal performance of closed loop solar heating system. The study includes the effect of changing the water flow rate on the thermal efficiency. The results show that, the collector's efficiency in series connection is higher than the parallel connection within flow rate level less than (100) ℓ/hr. In the present work, the effect of isolated dust particles (FeO) with radius of the grain 0.1μm - 0.5μm of main plasma characteristics are investigated experimentally in direct current system by using magnetic field. The present of dust particle in the air plasma did effect on Paschen minimum and on the plasma properties in low pressure region. The effect of dust particles on discharge voltage, discharge current, plasma potential, floating potential, electron density, electron temperature and Debye length was investigation by using magnetic field. A newly developed analytical method characterized by its speed and sensitivity for the determination of metformin-HCl via the formation of complex for metformin-HCl-OH--copper(II) ion from the gel bead system by continuous flow injection analysis.
