The researcher has focused on underwater optical wireless communications using various kinds of complex digital Signal processing most of them used in air and starting applied in underwater communication. The Internet of Things (IoT) uses underwater called Internet of Underwater Things (IoUT) applications to explore the underwater world with other devices. However, the difference in concentration between air and water surfaces is not easy making wireless communication more complicated. Visible light passes the water's surface with scattering and distortion inside the water and each color of light has different attenuation the blue laser light has low distortions and scattering which means lower attenuation in water. The Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) is a promising next-generation underwater wireless optical communications technology. Moreover; this technology has many features such as low (power consumption, attenuation, noise, and BER (Bit Error Rate)) with a high bit rate. Therefore; our research proposes a blue laser optical communication system for drone-to-underwater vehicles by optical NOMA techniques that can support various important applications for marine exploration or inspection, This technology uses an underwater Remote Operating Vehicle (ROV) combined with a Drone to collect data information from deep oceans to study and discover the secret deep ocean underwater world with high-quality video and picture. In addition, studying the effect of different weather and water types on the proposed model.
The triggering effect for the face pumping of Nd:YVO4 disc medium of 4×5×0.5 mm was investigated using bulk diode laser at different resonator cavity length in pulse mode and at repetition rate of 1.3kHz. The maximum emitted peak power was found to be 100, 82, and 66 mW for resonator lengths of 10, 13.5, and 17.5 cm respectively, while the threshold pumping power was found to be 41mW. The maximum emitted peak power obtained was 300 mW when using external triggering and 10cm length, with repetition of 3Hz.

The study was carried out during the 2022 agricultural season in the greenhouses belonging to the-College of Agricultural-Al-Ramadi, the study aimed to investigate the efficacy of alcoholic extract of Solanum eleaegnifolium, potassium silicate and ungicide Previcur Energy in normal and nano formula to control downy mildew disease on cucumber crops caused by the fungus Pseudoperonospora cubensis. The drilling process was done for thin sheets (0.1 – 0.3 mm) of two types of metals; stainless steel (sst) 321H, steel 33 (st). Changing light and process parameters such as laser power, exposure time and gas pressure was important for getting the optimum results. This research presents a statistical study of radiation generated from communication towers in the Nineveh Plain region Baghdeda. The intensity of radiation energy was measured at 10 meters away from the communication tower in different locations, using a (1PC XH-901 Dosimeter/ Personal Dose Alarm / Radiation Detector, dosage rate: 0.01 μSv/h to 150μSv/h) to measure the amount of radiation at various times.
