This study aimed to extract, purify, and characterize the protease of local Okra Abelmoschus esculentus pods. The extraction process was conducted using ten extraction solutions with different pH and ionic strength values. Phosphate buffer solution with (pH 7, 0.05M, containing 2% sodium chloride) gave the highest activity which was (7.2 Unit/ml) as compared to other solutions, which ranged from 0.8-5.9 Unit/ml. Recently, new generalizations have been presented for the hyponormal operators, which are (N, k)-hyponormal operators and (h, M)-hyponormal operators. Some properties of these concepts have also been proved, one of these properties is that the product of two (N, k)-hyponormal operator is also (N, k)- hyponormal operator and the product of two (h, M)-hyponormal operators is (h, M)-hyponormal operator. The purpose of this study is to examine the opinions of students who study at Balıkesir University Faculty of Sports Sciences against violence and misconduct in sport and to determine their level of interest in sporty events. Students studying at Balıkesir University Faculty of Sport Sciences participated in the research in the 2020-2021 academic year. A total of 385 students, 50.4% (n=194) male and 49.6% (n=191) female, participated in the research. In this study, we present a new steganography method depend on quantizing the perceptual color spaces bands. Four perceptual color spaces are used to test the new method which is HSL, HSV, Lab and Luv, where different algorithms to calculate the last two-color spaces are used.
