Abstract Ternary Silver Indium selenide Sulfur AgInSe1.8S0.2 in pure form and with a 0.2 ratio of Sulfur were fabricated via thermal evaporation under vacuum 3*10-6 torr on glasses substrates with a thickness of (550) nm. These films were investigated to understand their structural, optical, and Hall Characteristics. X-ray diffraction analysis was employed to examine the impact of varying Sulfur ratios on the structural properties. The results revealed that the AgInSe1.8S0.2 thin films in their pure form and with a 0.2 Sulfur ratio, both at room temperature and after annealing at 500 K, exhibited a polycrystalline nature with a tetragonal structure and a predominant orientation along the (112) plane, indicating an enhanced degree of crystallinity. The Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) was utilized to explore how Sulfur affects roughness of surfaces and sampls Grain Size . Furthermore, optical parameters, such as the optical gap and absorption coefficient, were calculated to assess the influence of Sulfur on the optical properties of the AgInSe1.8S0.2 thin films. The UV/Visible measurements indicated a reduction in the energy band gap to 1.78 eV for AgInSe1.8S0.2 at 500 K, making these films potentially suitable for photovoltaic applications. These thin films exhibited donor characteristics, with an increase in electron concentration observed with higher Sulfur content and annealing temperature
Enjoy cinema privileged position , they have the ability to influence and the impact of including environs of prior art , and what distinguishes them , possessing motion picture , especially since the film possesses through its means technical ( camera , lighting, sound, editing , costume, scenery and makeup ) that work together in harmony and harmony to create enchanting fantasy world does not exist only in the imagination of corrupt officials . Out of imagination found that the art of make-up one of the means that enable it to create characters imagined located between simulate realistic characters (such manifestations of blood , cut leg, wounds , burns , etc. ..) and the figures are unrealistic , particularly in the

One azo Schiff base chelate of Co(Il), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II)ion was also prepared. The chemical frameworks of the azo Schiff base and like elemental analyses (CHN), determinations of molar conductance, 1 H &13C NMR, IR mass and electronic spectroscopy .The elemental analyses exhibited the combination of [L: M] 1:1 ratio. Established on the values IR spectral, it is showed that the azo Schiff base compound acts as neutral hexadentate ligand bonded with the metal ion from two hydroxyl, two azomethine and two azo groups of the azo Schiff base compound in chelation was confirmed by IR , 1Hand 13CNMR spectral outco

The aim of the current research is to study the effect of adding green tea to the edible film prepared from the whey protein isolate on the effectiveness of microorganisms and evaluating the of antimicrobial effectiveness of these films on Iraqi soft cheese packaging during the nine days of storage as an alternative to commercial packaging. At the beginning of the study, the minimum inhibitory concentration was measured by calculate the diameter of the zone of inhibition on growth of the bacteria and it's included the group of Gram negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa) and the group of Gram positive bacteria (Staphylococcus Aureus, Bacillus spp) and a yeast (Candida Albican). Where the diameter of t
