Development and progress of the fleet and the navy in Oman during
the reign of Sultan Said bin sultan from 1804 to 1856.

fleet.
Several reasons were behind the development of Omani fleet

and Indian Ocean to encourage him -to made many ships factories.

In this study, the electron coefficients; Mean energy , Mobility and Drift velocity  of different gases  Ar, He, N₂ and O₂  in the  ionosphere have been calculated using BOLSIG+ program to check the solution results of Boltzmann equation results, and effect of reduced electric field (E/N) on electronic coefficients. This paper proposes a new method Object Detection in Skin Cancer Image, the minimum
spanning tree Detection descriptor (MST). This ObjectDetection descriptor builds on the
structure of the minimum spanning tree constructed on the targettraining set of Skin Cancer
Images only. The Skin Cancer Image Detection of test objects relies on their distances to the
closest edge of thattree. Our experimentsshow that the Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) performs
especially well in case of Fogginessimage problems and in highNoisespaces for Skin Cancer
