The study seeks to explore the mental-math level among intermediate-school students. To this end, the researcher raised a question. What the level of mental math among students in the intermediate stage? Total of (576) male and female students were chosen from different schools at Al-karkh side \ general directorate of Baghdad education. So as to answer research question and hypothesis, a questionnaire of (30) items designed by the authors was administered to the study sample. Abstract  

Magnetic abrasive finishing (MAF) process is one of non-traditional or advanced finishing methods which is suitable for different materials and produces high quality level of surface finish where it uses magnetic force as a machining pressure. A set of experimental tests was planned according to Taguchi orthogonal array (OA) L27 (3⁶) with three levels and six input parameters. One of the most important problems in tablet process is to control the flow of the catalyst through the hopper; Controlling the flow can be done either by changing the size of particles or added the different lubricant (stearic acid, starch, graphite) or blending of different lubricants. The study showed that we can control (increase or decrease) on the flow of the catalyst through the hopper by blending different lubricants for the constant percentage. The flow increasing when particles size (0.6 mm) and then decrease with or without lubricants, no effect on flow when particles size lower than (0.2 mm) with use that lubricants, and good flow on (0.4 mm) when use stearic acid and starch.
