The aim of the research is to shed light on the dimensions of the strategic lens and its impact on achieving the pioneer tax performance and represented by the dimensions (strategic direction, growth, pilot indicator, renewal and modernization, efficiency and effectiveness) in the General Tax Authority. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool to collect data and information from the adult sample They are (91) who are on the site (Assistant Director General, Head of Division, First Division Deputy, Second Division Deputy, Division Officer, Division Officer Associate) The statistical program (SPSS) has been used to calculate (the mean, the standard deviation, the correlation coefficient, the difference coefficient, the F test, the

The research population consisted of (13) firms during the period (2015-2020). Data were collected from the annual financial statements of the firms. The research relies on the Pooled effects model to analyze the cross-section data (Panel Data), and the multiple regression method to test the hypotheses. The research finds a positive significant impact of (the ratios of cash flows from operating activities to sales, the return on assets from operating cash flows, and cash flows from operating activities to total current liabilities) in the change

In a newborn infant with severe disease, endocrine regulation of hormones can be affected by abnormal metabolism. The assessment of thyroid parameters results in the recognition of a dysfunction and its association with disease severity. Objective: This study aimed to assess thyroid function profiles in critically ill neonates in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) compared with healthy controls. Additionally, we aimed to detect the presence of TD and its possible association with critical illness. Methods: A case-control study was performed in 100 neonates, comprising 50 sick neonates and 50 healthy controls. We measured thyroid functio

The virtual decomposition control (VDC) is an efficient tool suitable to deal with the full-dynamics-based control problem of complex robots. However, the regressor-based adaptive control used by VDC to control every subsystem and to estimate the unknown parameters demands specific knowledge about the system physics. Therefore, in this paper, we focus on reorganizing the equation of the VDC for a serial chain manipulator using the adaptive function approximation technique (FAT) without needing specific system physics. The dynamic matrices of the dynamic equation of every subsystem (e.g. link and joint) are approximated by orthogonal functions due to the minimum approximation errors produced. The contr
The utilization of carbon dioxide (CO₂) to enhance wellbore injectivity presents a cost-effective and sustainable strategy for mitigating greenhouse gas emissions while improving reservoir performance. This study introduces an environmentally friendly method employing a water-soluble chitosan salt (CS) that generates a carbonated-rich acid solution upon contact with dry CO₂ at 25 °C and 508 psi. CS solutions (100–2000 ppm) were prepared and evaluated for CO₂ uptake, acid generation, and rheological behavior. Results show that 1000 ppm achieves an optimal CO2 uptake (2612 mg/l), with moderate viscosity increase (from 1.52 to 3.37 cp), while higher concentrations exhibit a sharp rise due to polymer-like network formation. In this work, it is proposed to engage modified LSPB trajectory with particle swarm optimization (PSO) so as to create through points on the trajectory. The assumption of normal LSPB method that parabolic part is centered in time around waypoints is replaced by proposed coefficients for calculating the time duration of the linear part. These coefficients are functions of velocities between through points. The velocities are obtained by PSO so as to force the LSPB trajectory passing exactly through the specified path points. Also, relations for velocity correction and exact v

Abstract
The research hypothesizes is that the external Environment
has the responsibility concerning decisions making and behavioral
upon industrial firms. It is, Furthermore, an attempt to review the
problem of closures of private industrial firms in the country, during
the period (1976-1985), i.e. prior to and during the Iraqian- Iranian
war.
The behavioral approach of industrial geography has been
adopted as a theoretical background and the statistical test has
been practiced for the applied purposes.
As result, the research comes out with suggestions,
depending upon previous trials in the field of direction and
formulation of the of the private industrial sector. The chief point

In the present work effect of recycled heating and cooling on the values of concrete compressive strength due to high temperature of 4000C was studied.
The tests show that the percent of reduction in compressive strength of the samples which exposed to a temperature of 4000C for one cycle was 32.5%, while the reduction was 52.7% for the samples which were exposed to recycled heating and cooling of ten times .
Moreover a study of the effect of specimen sizes on the percentages of compressive strength reduction due to high temperature
