Research,s Summary The purpose of the research was to specify the standerd Levels for results of basketball for Iraqi young sters, Becuse there werenot the standerd Levels which related to the testings abilities of the players based on plying centers specially the physical abilities, This made weakness in arrangement and putting the suitable training studies for different age stadges which suitable with game ,s requirements, besides evaluation the performance of the plyers in common and the levels of the coachs train in special according to the scientific style. The researchers depended on (8) special testings of chossen physical abilities, These testings applied on the teams, young players for sharing clubs among excellent series of basketball in the country for sport season 1999 – 2000 including ages (17 – 18) years whom their number (104) players, Aeter getting the results and their treatments, The researchers reached to two results: • They had reached to spesify the standerd levels of Testings, results of physical abilities on playing center of research,s sample. • The standerd levels of the testings, results reached, baside limited level among (Very good, good, medium, acceptable, weak and very weak). In the light of these results, The researchers recommended in using the standerd levels of their research in the operation of continued evaluation morever the Iraqi central basketball union of the depended on these results inorder to make them speraded and to use them in choosing qualified athletes.
The research aimed at identifying the values of ball launch and ring entrance angle and relations among them as well as identifying the contribution of ball launch and angle variables in 3 point jump in basketball. The researchers hypothesized statistical relation between ball launch and entrance angle. They used the descriptive method on (10) basketball players best known for their 3 point jump shot.
