Research,s Summary The purpose of the research was to specify the standerd Levels for results of basketball for Iraqi young sters, Becuse there werenot the standerd Levels which related to the testings abilities of the players based on plying centers specially the physical abilities, This made weakness in arrangement and putting the suitable training studies for different age stadges which suitable with game ,s requirements, besides evaluation the performance of the plyers in common and the levels of the coachs train in special according to the scientific style. The researchers depended on (8) special testings of chossen physical abilities, These testings applied on the teams, young players for sharing clubs among excellent series of basketball in the country for sport season 1999 – 2000 including ages (17 – 18) years whom their number (104) players, Aeter getting the results and their treatments, The researchers reached to two results: • They had reached to spesify the standerd levels of Testings, results of physical abilities on playing center of research,s sample. • The standerd levels of the testings, results reached, baside limited level among (Very good, good, medium, acceptable, weak and very weak). In the light of these results, The researchers recommended in using the standerd levels of their research in the operation of continued evaluation morever the Iraqi central basketball union of the depended on these results inorder to make them speraded and to use them in choosing qualified athletes.
The present study was conducted in order to focus on the effect of the addition of Carnitine and Niacin on some blood serum parameters of Common Carp Cyprinus Carpio. 48 fish carp mean weight 44.13 gm were distributed randomly on four feeding treatments (12 fish each) with replicates (6 fish each) in 8 glass aquaria. Treatments were as follows: fish were fed on basic diet without any addition and conducted as control (T1); addition of 200 mg Carnitine/ Kg diet, (T2) addition of 28 mg Niacin/Kg diet (T3), addition of a mixture of 200 mg Carnitine and 28 mg Niacin/ Kg diet as (T4). The study was carried out in plant tissue culture laboratory, University of Baghdad during the period 2017-2019, as factorial experiment in complete randomized design, to study the effect of PEG at (0, 2, 4, 6 and 8%) on physiological and chemical changes in callus of three sunflower (Ishaqi 1, Aqmar and Al-haga) induced by the cultivation of the young stem in vitro under water stress. The content of callus cells of SOD, POD, CAT and APX enzymes as well as content of hydrogen peroxide were determined as indicators to determine the effect of PEG in callus tissue cells cultivated on medium equipped with the PEG concentrations. Random laser gain media is synthesized with different types of dye at the same concentration (1×10-3 M) as an active material and silicon dioxide NPs (silica SiO2) as scatter centers through the Sol-Gel technique. The prepared samples are tested with UV–Vis spectroscopy, Fluorescence Spectroscopy, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), and Energy Dispersive X-ray Diffraction (EDX). The end result demonstrates that doped dyes with silica nanoparticles at a concentration of 0.0016 mol/ml have lower absorbance and higher fluorescence spectra than pure dyes.
