Research,s Summary The purpose of the research was to specify the standerd Levels for results of basketball for Iraqi young sters, Becuse there werenot the standerd Levels which related to the testings abilities of the players based on plying centers specially the physical abilities, This made weakness in arrangement and putting the suitable training studies for different age stadges which suitable with game ,s requirements, besides evaluation the performance of the plyers in common and the levels of the coachs train in special according to the scientific style. The researchers depended on (8) special testings of chossen physical abilities, These testings applied on the teams, young players for sharing clubs among excellent series of basketball in the country for sport season 1999 – 2000 including ages (17 – 18) years whom their number (104) players, Aeter getting the results and their treatments, The researchers reached to two results: • They had reached to spesify the standerd levels of Testings, results of physical abilities on playing center of research,s sample. • The standerd levels of the testings, results reached, baside limited level among (Very good, good, medium, acceptable, weak and very weak). In the light of these results, The researchers recommended in using the standerd levels of their research in the operation of continued evaluation morever the Iraqi central basketball union of the depended on these results inorder to make them speraded and to use them in choosing qualified athletes.
In this paper, a national grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system is proposed. It extracts the maximum power point (MPP) using three-incremental-steps perturb and observe (TISP&O) maximum power point tracking (MPPT) method. It improves the classic P&O by using three incremental duty ratio (ΔD) instead of a single one in the conventional P and O MPPT method. The increased size of grayscale images or upscale plays a central role in various fields such as medicine, satellite imagery, and photography. This paper presents a technique for improving upscaling gray images using a new mixing wavelet generation by tensor product. The proposed technique employs a multi-resolution analysis provided by a new mixing wavelet transform algorithm to decompose the input image into different frequency components. After processing, the low-resolution input image is effectively transformed into a higher-resolution representation by adding a zeroes matrix. Abstract
The objective of image fusion is to merge multiple sources of images together in such a way that the final representation contains higher amount of useful information than any input one.. In this paper, a weighted average fusion method is proposed. It depends on using weights that are extracted from source images using counterlet transform. The extraction method is done by making the approximated transformed coefficients equal to zero, then taking the inverse counterlet transform to get the details of the images to be fused. The performance of the proposed algorithm has been verified on several grey scale and color test images, and compared with some present methods.
