Research,s Summary The purpose of the research was to specify the standerd Levels for results of basketball for Iraqi young sters, Becuse there werenot the standerd Levels which related to the testings abilities of the players based on plying centers specially the physical abilities, This made weakness in arrangement and putting the suitable training studies for different age stadges which suitable with game ,s requirements, besides evaluation the performance of the plyers in common and the levels of the coachs train in special according to the scientific style. The researchers depended on (8) special testings of chossen physical abilities, These testings applied on the teams, young players for sharing clubs among excellent series of basketball in the country for sport season 1999 – 2000 including ages (17 – 18) years whom their number (104) players, Aeter getting the results and their treatments, The researchers reached to two results: • They had reached to spesify the standerd levels of Testings, results of physical abilities on playing center of research,s sample. • The standerd levels of the testings, results reached, baside limited level among (Very good, good, medium, acceptable, weak and very weak). In the light of these results, The researchers recommended in using the standerd levels of their research in the operation of continued evaluation morever the Iraqi central basketball union of the depended on these results inorder to make them speraded and to use them in choosing qualified athletes.
The basic solution to overcome difficult issues related to huge size of digital images is to recruited image compression techniques to reduce images size for efficient storage and fast transmission. In this paper, a new scheme of pixel base technique is proposed for grayscale image compression that implicitly utilize hybrid techniques of spatial modelling base technique of minimum residual along with transformed technique of Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) that also impels mixed between lossless and lossy techniques to ensure highly performance in terms of compression ratio and quality. The proposed technique has been applied on a set of standard test images and the results obtained are significantly encourage compared with Joint P

This phenomenon raises awareness for the requirement of effective techniques that can help during the search and retrieval of text. One of the most needed tasks is clustering, which categorizes documents automatically into meaningful groups. Clustering is an important task in data mining and machine learning. The accuracy of clustering depends tightly on the selection of the text representation method. Traditional methods of text representation model documents as bags of words using term-frequency index document frequency (TFIDF). This method ignores the relationship an
... Show MoreThe agent-based modeling is currently utilized extensively to analyze complex systems. It supported such growth, because it was able to convey distinct levels of interaction in a complex detailed environment. Meanwhile, agent-based models incline to be progressively complex. Thus, powerful modeling and simulation techniques are needed to address this rise in complexity. In recent years, a number of platforms for developing agent-based models have been developed. Actually, in most of the agents, often discrete representation of the environment, and one level of interaction are presented, where two or three are regarded hardly in various agent-based models. The key issue is that modellers work in these areas is not assisted by simulation plat

Show MoreThe ground state charge, neutron, proton and matter densities, the associated nuclear radii and the binding energy per nucleon of 8B, 17Ne, 23Al and 27P halo nuclei have been investigated using the Skyrme–Hartree–Fock (SHF) model with the new SKxs25 parameters. According to the calculated results, it is found that the SHF model with these Skyrme parameters provides a good description on the nuclear structure of above proton-rich halo nuclei. The elastic charge form factors of 8B and 17Ne halo nuclei and those of their stable isotopes 10B and 20Ne are calculated using plane-wave Born approximation with the charge density distributions obtained by SHF model to investigate the effect of the extended charge distributions of proton-rich nucl
... Show Moren this paper, we formulate three mathematical models using spline functions, such as linear, quadratic and cubic functions to approximate the mathematical model for incoming water to some dams. We will implement this model on dams of both rivers; dams on the Tigris are Mosul and Amara while dams on the Euphrates are Hadetha and Al-Hindya.
The research aimed to diagnose and interpretation of impact nature between Communities of practice dimensions (participation and spreading knowledge, confidence, social capital build) deportation strategic change choices (reengineering business process, business re-structuring, business innovation) in construction companies in the Iraqi Ministry of Construction and Housing, the research tested 4 construction companies working in investing sector in Iraq, the research applied on a sample of 102 persons who participated in Communities of practice distributed in several administrative levels (directors, division directors, project directors and engineers) the research used questionnaire as a main tool for dat

Show MoreThe main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss). The results revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty, which means that when the managers have a Transformational Leadership leads to having organizational loyalty.
This study was aimed to explore the impact of social concepts about tribe, clan and women, on internal audit performance. These concepts are considered to be components of the organizational culture and performance of internal audit practice, with respect to the individual and collective performance within the institution. The study, furthermore, was intended to investigate and understand the role of the organizational culture of the tribal, clan and women components with regard to their role in society, in Qatar.
To achieve these objectives, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, using a questionnaire directed to experts and staff working in the banking sector, with the view to test
