This study focused on the expression and regulation of BRCA1 in breast cancer cell lines compared to normal breast. BRCA1 transcript levels were assessed by real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) in the cancer cell lines. Our data show overexpression of BRCA1 mRNA level in all the studied breast cancer cell lines: MCF-7, T47D, MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 along with Jurkat, leukemia T-lymphocyte, the positive control, relative to normal breast tissue. The study aims to identify the common fears of preschool children and their relationship to the approaches to parental treatment in South Al Batinah Governorate from their mother’s point of view. Based on the streamer growth model, the streamer discharge propagation was simulated in aid of finite element technique. That was done within two non- mixed dielectric liquids (Normal-Hexane and Acetone) located between two electrodes in pin - plane configuration. The output results show that, the path of the streamer was affected by the interface between the two liquids; the streamer path crosses this interface under some conditions such as the permittivity of the liquids and the distance between this interface and the tip of the pin.
