Photonic Crystal Fiber Interferometers (PCFIs) are widely used for sensing applications. Is in this research review of the way minimum absolute deviations values ​​based on linear programming method to estimate the parameters of simple linear regression model and give an overview of this model. We were modeling method deviations of the absolute values ​​proposed using a scale of dispersion and composition of a simple linear regression model based on the proposed measure. Object of the work is to find the capabilities of not affected by abnormal values by using numerical method and at the lowest possible recurrence.

     One hundred samples of root canal bacteria were isolated  from patients teeth with primary and secondary infected root canal from all the ages . Biochemical and microscopial tests were done for identification of these isolates. Twenty four isolates were confirmed as       E. faecalis species by using these tests. Genetic diagnosis for the all isolates was also done by using polymerase chain reaction ( PCR ). Thirty two isolates were confirmed to  belong to E. faecalis species by using this test.

Bacteriological characteristics of Tigris river water were assessed monthly to monitor the impact of pollutants of Medical City waste water for the period from January to June-2013. Four stations were selected for the study, the first station placed before the Medical City Complex (500 meters). The second station represent Medical City sewage discharge into the river, where represents the study area. The third station placed (500 meters) after the second station, and the forth station is located on (2000 meters) after the second station.

The aim of this paper is adopted to give an approximate solution for advection dispersion equation of time fractional order derivative by using the Chebyshev wavelets-Galerkin Method . The Chebyshev wavelet and Galerkin method properties are presented. This technique is used to convert the problem into the solution of linear algebraic equations. The fractional derivatives are described based on the Caputo sense. Illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the proposed technique.
