Objective: Comprehending microbial diversity and antibiotic resistance patterns is essential for efficient treatment protocols. The combining of the DSET with a semi-analytical method, namely the variational iteration method DSETVIM, to arrive numerical solution of nonlinear PDEs of Fractional Order derivatives.
