In this research, anti-reflection coatings consisting of single and double layers were designed in the IR (8 – 14μm) region to reduce the unwanted reflections of germanium (Ge) substrate. The reflectance of Ge substrate was about 36% per surface. These values were reduced reasonably by using single and double layer anti-reflection. The used layers were promoted in their performance by changing their thickness and refractive indices. The results indicated that the suggested structures are very efficient in reducing the reflectance of the Ge substrates in the selected region. The performance of the double layer antireflection coatings of ZnSe, BaF₂ and BiF₃ on Ge substrates is presented.

Accurate computation of the roughness coefficient is important in the studies of open channel flow. To measure and identify the hydraulic characteristics of the flow system, the model simulation is necessary to study and get the results of the hydraulic properties to specify Manning coefficient of the Euphrates River. In this study, the reach is extended along the Euphrates River from Haditha Dam to Ramadi Barrage with a distance of 169km.    Effect of zinc chloride on the immune  functions was studied in male albino mice aged 6-7 weeks. It was administrated orally (1ml) in three concentrations (0.5ppm, 1ppm, 2ppm) for 9 days.         The results showed that the first concentration was not effective comparing with control while the second concentration increased the enhancement of immune system and the cell third one killed the mice 6 hours post administration, so we can conclude that the high dose of ZnCl2 could be harmful for all metabolism.
