Background: A noninvasive method of determining the severity of coronary artery disease (CAD) is the use of cardiac biomarkers. This study aimed to investigate the use of serum levels of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I (hs-cTnI) and N-terminal pro–B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in determining CAD severity. Methods: This cross-sectional study included 125 participants categorized by coronary angiographic results into 3 groups: group I (no or < 50% stenosis), group II (1 or 2 vessels with ≥ 50% stenosis), and group III (left main stem or ≥ 3 vessels with ≥ 50% obstruction). Serum hs-cTnI and NT-proBNP levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 and described as percentages, means, medians, and interquartile ranges (Q1–Q3). Receiver operating characteristic curves and relative quality were applied for both biomarkers. Results: Median hs-cTnI and NT-proBNP levels were higher in group III than in groups I and II (P = .001). Both were higher in group II than in group I (P = .001). Receiver operating characteristic analysis showed that hs-cTnI and NT-proBNP effectively discriminated vascular obstruction severity with high sensitivity and specificity. Relative quality testing results showed a slight increase in predictive ability when the 2 biomarkers were combined. Conclusions: Serum hs-cTnI and NT-proBNP levels, combined or separately, can be used to assess CAD severity concerning the number of diseased vessels, which may help improve risk stratification and management strategy selection. Big developments in technology have led to upset the balance of ideas, given of its own post new properties for products not provided by traditional technology, especially economic units operating within the industrial sector, and therefore it is important to develop the Iraqi industrial sector and interest to do its vital role in light Of progress technological, and the cost accounting has benefited from this technology to development its goals in the regulatory process through the use of non-destructive evaluation perspective in carrying out its functions and to provide appropriate assistance for the use of the products, which were traditional accounting does not take them into consideration. Abstract
Due to the lack of previous statistical study of the behavior of payments, specifically health insurance, which represents the largest proportion of payments in the general insurance companies in Iraq, this study was selected and applied in the Iraqi insurance company.
In order to find the convenient model representing the health insurance payments, we initially detected two probability models by using (Easy Fit) software:
First, a single Lognormal for the whole sample and the other is a Compound Weibull for the two Sub samples (small payments and large payments), and we focused on the compoun

The use of electronic valves is commonly available. yet, the most
common is the techniques of communications as prod casting transmitter that
are used by these valves in addition to their use in communication tools as far
distance telephone, electronic measuring techniques , and others.
In this study, an attempt is endeavored for improving the efficiency of the
vacuum micro- valves(GI-19b) through activating their internal surfaces by the
use of ionic pumping which is used for treating valves which are out of order
(because of sedimentation some materials and oxide on its poles). The
existence of these materials and oxide increase the sum of current leakage

The approach maintenance and replacement one of techniques of operations research whom cares of the failure experienced by a lot of production lines which consist of a set of machines and equipment, which in turn exposed to the failure or work stoppages over the lifetime, which requires reducing the working time of these machines or equipment below what can or conuct maintenance process once in a while or a replacement for one part of the machine or replace one of the machines in production lines. In this research is the study of the failure s that occur in some parts of one of the machines for the General Company for Vege

This can be relied upon in the interpretation and tracking sustainable human development in the Arab countries in the view of the multiplicity of sustainable human development indicators and its huge data, beside the heterogeneity of countries in a range of characteristics associated with indicators of sustainable human development such as area, population, and economic activity. The study attempted to use the available data to the selected Arab countries for the recent years. This study concluded that a single inde

Objective is to determine the extent of heavy metals such as iron, copper, chromium, and zinc concentration in water extracted from various points and subsequently study the monthly variations of these elements with a view to assessmen
