Background: A noninvasive method of determining the severity of coronary artery disease (CAD) is the use of cardiac biomarkers. This study aimed to investigate the use of serum levels of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I (hs-cTnI) and N-terminal pro–B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in determining CAD severity. Methods: This cross-sectional study included 125 participants categorized by coronary angiographic results into 3 groups: group I (no or < 50% stenosis), group II (1 or 2 vessels with ≥ 50% stenosis), and group III (left main stem or ≥ 3 vessels with ≥ 50% obstruction). Serum hs-cTnI and NT-proBNP levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 and described as percentages, means, medians, and interquartile ranges (Q1–Q3). Receiver operating characteristic curves and relative quality were applied for both biomarkers. Results: Median hs-cTnI and NT-proBNP levels were higher in group III than in groups I and II (P = .001). Both were higher in group II than in group I (P = .001). Receiver operating characteristic analysis showed that hs-cTnI and NT-proBNP effectively discriminated vascular obstruction severity with high sensitivity and specificity. Relative quality testing results showed a slight increase in predictive ability when the 2 biomarkers were combined. Conclusions: Serum hs-cTnI and NT-proBNP levels, combined or separately, can be used to assess CAD severity concerning the number of diseased vessels, which may help improve risk stratification and management strategy selection. Abstract
The research seeks to shed light on green accounting information systems, analyze them, identify sustainability reporting and how to improve it, as well as study the importance of the Iraqi oil sector, analyze it, and work on applying green accounting information systems in order to improve the quality of sustainability reporting. Oil as a branch of the General Corporation for the Distribution of Oil and Gas Products to apply the practical aspect and prove the hypothesis of the research. Explaining the company's role in improving environmental conditions
The increasing efficiency of the telecommunications network in the city contributes to the increase in spatial interaction between activities (to influence and mutual influence) This study is based on the idea that the upgrading of telephone services provided to citizens are done exclusively through the growth and development of all levels of the service using advanced technologies to know the problems and appropriate solutions in short time and less cost. Thus, crystallized the objectives of the study which was built for the importance of GIS in the planning of services in general, and infrastructure services, in particular, including telephone services, which is represent a point of contact between individuals on the one hand a

After that, these clays reflux with sodium hydroxide 5% for 1 hour by using microwave as a power supply. The research included fractionation alqayaira crude oil the fractionation included removing the asphaltene by precipitation from the crude using a simple paraffin solvent (normal hexane) as a non-soluble substance. After that it was filtered using the ash-free filter paper 42, the dissolved part, maltinate, was taken, drying a temperature of 75oC and weight, and to find the percentage of the two parts. Malatine was divided into three main parts (paraf

The effect of different parameters affecting the performance of the bearing (namely speed ratio, clearance ratio and radii ratio), have been investigated. The load carrying capacity of the bearing increasing with decreasing the radii ratio (R2/R1) of the ring and clearance ratio (c1/c2), in the other hand, the coefficient of friction increases with increasing the clearance and radii ratios, while decreases with incre4asing the bearing to journal speed ratio (γ). It is shown during this work that different operating conditions are greatly enhanced the performance

Show MoreThe consumption of fossil fuels has caused many challenges, including environmental and climate damage, global warming, and rising energy costs, which has prompted seeking to substitute other alternative sources. The current study explored the microwave pyrolysis of Albizia branches to assess its potential to produce all forms of fuel (solid, liquid, gas), time savings, and effective thermal heat transfer. The impact of the critical parameters on the quantity and quality of the biofuel generation, including time, power levels, biomass weight, and particle size, were investigated. The results revealed that the best bio-oil production was 76% at a power level of 450 W and 20 g of biomass. Additionally, low power levels led to enhanced

canal walls was studied. Fifty-seven human extracted single rooted anterior teeth were divided into three
groups. A group that was not lased is considered as a control group. The remaining teeth were exposed to
different laser parameters regarding laser energy, repetition rate and exposure time. For the case of the set of
parameters of 7 mJ laser energy, the cleaning was maximum at 3 p.p.s. repetition rate for 3 seconds exposure
time for, the coronal, middle and apical thirds. Above and below this energy level, there was an overdose

The current research aims at identifying the new marketing directions that in the picture because if the changes and challenges that face the business nowadays, these effect on the future of the new product.
The problem of the research concentrate on the new marketing activities and how to make it appropriate between the product and the market's need, and to fulfill the needs and desire of the customer and it's importance for achieving the economical goals of the organization for a long relationship with the customer.
The resume of the research is about the impact of nowadays marketing and it's effect on knowing the customer instead of concentrating on the important roll of mark

Materials and methods: Strains of Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans and Porphyromonas gingivalis were isolated from pockets of systemically healthy patients aged between 35-55 years old with pocket depths of 5-6 mm, the bacteria cultured on special blood Agar plates solid media, then subjected to visible blue light emitted from commercially available light cure devise (LED curing light); that emits blue light (400-500nm) of 1000mw energy at different periods of time exposures, then the CFU of each plate was measured by direct colony count

Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) is an effective mediator in the pathogenesis of periodontitis. Polymorphisms in the COX-2 gene may contribute to its overexpression and increased disease susceptibility. To evaluate the association between -1195 A/G single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in the promotor area of the cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) gene and severity of chronic periodontitis in a sample of Iraqi population. -1195A/ G COX-2 SNP was investigated in 70 chronic periodontitis (CP) cases and 30 healthy controls. CP cases composed of 2 subgroups (35 moderate CP cases and 35 severe CP
