Activated carbon was Produced from coconut shell and was used for removing sulfate from industrial waste water in batch Processes. The influence of various parameter were studied such as pH (4.5 – 9.) , agitation time (0 – 120)min and adsorbent dose (2 – 10) gm.

The Langmuir and frandlich adsorption capacity models were been investigated where showed there are fitting with langmmuir model with squre regression value ( 0.76). The percent of removal of  sulfate (22% - 38%) at (PH=7) in the isotherm experiment increased  with adsorbent mass increasing. The maximum removal value of sulfate at  different pH experiments is (43%) at pH=7.

Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is an innovative concrete that does not require vibration for placing and compaction. Alopecia areata is considered as a major health problem, its importance is attributed to its
recent increased incidence in our population. Till now, there is no exact cause for alopecia areata
although researchers thought it's an autoimmune disease.
This clinical study was designed to evaluate the role of trace elements (zinc and copper) in patients
with alopecia areata. Twenty patients were diagnosed as having alopecia areata with an age range
(10-40 years) were involved in this study. Normal subjects of the same age group were also
evaluated as control. The level of serum Zn and Cu were measured by flame atomic absorption
spectrophotometry in both control and patient group. And the ratio of Zn/Cu was also estimated

The effect of solution heat treatment on the mechanical properties of Aluminum-Copper alloy. (2024-T3) by the rolling process is investigated. The solution heat treatment was implemented by heating the sheets to 480 C° and quenching them by water; then forming by rolling for many passes. And then natural aging is done for one month. Mechanical properties (tensile strength and hardness) are evaluated and the results are compared with the metal without treatment during the rolling process. The current study designed to determine the effect of Glucosamine sulfate on the liver tissue of Albino mice .the study included (40)mice divided in to 4 groups(control group had distilled water orally ).The other groups treated with(1000,2000,3000)ml/k .respectively for 8 week .the liver have been taken from dissected animal for microscopic preparation to study the histological changes .Frequently histopathologicale changes appeared in the liver tissue of the exposure groups during (4-8)week .This changes depends on (Dose and Time ). The effects were Congestion ,Infiltration ,Swelling ,Vaculation ,Hyalinization , Amyloid and Necrosis.
