The "Corona" pandemic that strikes the world has cast a shadow over contractual obligations, whether between individuals or companies, and emergency accidents and force majeure circumstances have a direct impact on them. Here, the legislation intervenes and sets the legal mechanisms to restore the obligations to their equal status and achieve the economic balance of the contract. Health crises are among the material facts whose effects are reflected and their features can be monitored on legal relations in general and contractual relations in particular, including the extent of the impact that this pandemic can have on the obligations that arise within the framework of a contractual relationship, which can be talked about in my theory Force majeure and emergency circumstances.

It is well known that sonography is not the first choice in detecting early breast tumors. Improving the resolution of breast sonographic image is the goal of many workers to make sonography a first choice examination as it is safe and easy procedure as well as cost effective. In this study, infrared light exposure of breast prior to ultrasound examination was implemented to see its effect on resolution of sonographic image. Results showed that significant improvement was obtained in 60% of cases.

The study focused on 45 galaxy of Seyfert 1, in addition to 45 galaxy of Seyfert 2, where these samples have been selected form different survey of Salon Digital Sky Survey (SDSS). The redshift (z) of these objects were between (0.02 – 0.26). The results of Seyfert 1 galaxies shows that there good correlation between the SMBH and the SFR depending on statistical analysis parameter named Spearman’s Rank Correlation in a factor of (ρ=0.609), as well as the Seyfert 2 galaxies results show a good correlation between the SMBH
