The "Corona" pandemic that strikes the world has cast a shadow over contractual obligations, whether between individuals or companies, and emergency accidents and force majeure circumstances have a direct impact on them. Here, the legislation intervenes and sets the legal mechanisms to restore the obligations to their equal status and achieve the economic balance of the contract. Health crises are among the material facts whose effects are reflected and their features can be monitored on legal relations in general and contractual relations in particular, including the extent of the impact that this pandemic can have on the obligations that arise within the framework of a contractual relationship, which can be talked about in my theory Force majeure and emergency circumstances.
The presence of a single complex adaptive weight in each element channel of an adaptive array antenna is sufficient for processing of narrowband signals. The ability of an adaptive array antenna to null interference deteriorates rapidly as the interference bandwidth increases. The light microscopical studies confirmed the original observations with the ventral sucker being smaller than the oral sucker and the genital pore being laterally situated. Electron micrographs of adult P. medians revealed that the body surface had a rough appearance by hand-like spines, which are more sparsely distributed towards the posterior end with a presumed function in nutrient absorption.

Mixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils were distilled into narrow fractions. The range of these narrow fractions were 10oC, starting from IBP to 350oC. The total distillates from mixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils were 58.25 vol % and 44.65 vol %, respectively.The hydrocarbons compositions (paraffin, naphthene, aromatic) in light fractions starting from IBP to 250oC were determined by using PONA analysis method. The results show that the paraffin content decreases with increasing mid percent boiling point of the fraction, while the naphthene, and aromatic increase with the increase of mid percent boiling point of mixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils.
